This is thee place to go to for your insurance needs. I 've had the pleasure of dealing with the Community Insurance Team for years. Arash and all employees here are extremely helpful and have gone out of the way to assist me at every step in a very effecient and detailed manner. Highly recommended!

I have dealt with many insurance brokers. This location is the best I've experienced by a long shot.
It didn't matter who I dealt with, whenever I walked in I was greeted warmly and left satisfied with the level of professionalism and care.
They have always taken the time to help me with issues patiently.
I used to live close by them but now I am all the Maple Ridge.
What is absolutely amazing is that they are always on top of my insurance expiry dates and take the time to contact me and let me know.
Eventhough I am in Maple Ridge, they have made it as if I didn't move at all. They have done e everything electronically so that I didn't have to drive all the way to Burnaby.
I highly recommend these guys, especially if you have had bad experiences with insurance brokers.

Best service ! 5 stars 👍🏻.This time it was my second visit there. Staffs were very friendly and cooperative as before. I went there by 5.50 pm to add my friends name into my insurance and it was almost their closing time. Unfortunately due to some glitches in the system my records were not showing up. But Jackquelin stayed extra time to sort out the problem. Other staff were also help-full .Surely recommend Community insurance.

Super friendly. Explained the new icbc changes very well. Adjusted some coverage so my insurance only went up a couple dollars. Honestly, I'm used to insurance brokers who don't care when you come in only for icbc so it was just nice to have someone smile and chat with me instead of treating me like a number.
