We were so fortunate to have Daapike, help us this afternoon. She was so patient with my ineptness on the computer, and very efficient! It was such a blessing having her on the other end of the line, today. Blue Cross is fortunate to have her. Thank you.

Blue Cross is always specific and speedy. When I call them, they know exactly what I ask about, and they stay on top of all coverage regularly. I feel secure with them and appreciate their attention to detail.

a. Tiny print.
b. Not enough space provided to add the required info.

I have had only great experiences with Bluecross. Their customer service is great and the phone wait times are also short which I appreciate! I had some issues with a rejected claim and Gavin has been incredible about following up and getting me some clarification!

I am recruiting from nose surgery and a biopsy on my throat so I needed help filling out the form on line...the lady was fantastic she walked me thru it..best was she had patience as i'm not supposed to speak to much for 2 months but she gave me lots of time...and I just found out no cancer in my throat

I don’t know why some complain about this app as I fine it most convenient and ease of use. Refund is in my bank account with utmost expediency!
I’ve been with this company for about 50 years now. I didn’t like my yearly allowable going down to 400.00 when I became a senior, but it is their policy.
As far as some claiming they don’t cover certain expenses, you get what you pay for.
Their are varied levels of subscriptions.

Love this app, quick and easy to use. Makes submitting claims much faster.

Directions on site were easy to follow and surprisingly I submitted a claim online for the first time.

They communicate quickly and help through any concerns we may have. In the event of a missed document or signature they have helped make it easy to complete with assistance. I'd been dreading the process of submitting a claim, so I procrastinated for ages. It'd been years since I'd submitted a claim so I'd forgotten my password. Finally, tonight I used the 'forgot my password' option, Pacific Blue Cross instantly emailed me info to create a new password. I accessed my account, updated my address & my banking info, then it was easy to fill out and submit my claims. Thank you Pacific Blue Cross for making the process so accessible and efficient! Phew! What a relief!
