I feel like an honest positive review might set a tough act to follow given the better than great service I got - in the first place clothes cam back clean in a timely fashion, but they are also the sort of place if they are off by a dollar on their price estimate they call you to make sure it is ok, and will offer to stay open an extra 15 minutes to make the hand off of my items.

Oh, and cheap. Did I mention that an 8 minute walk from the mall will make prices plummet?

Have been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for over a decade and have never once been dissatisfied. Tough stains are no match for K One Hour. My clothes come back looking new everytime. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone in need of dry cleaning services.

I went in to have a dress altered that I absolutely adore to wear to a friend’s wedding. The staff were professional and easy to work with. When I picked up my dress and tried it on I was astounded at how perfect the alterations turned out! This was a year or so ago and I am still in awe of their work. Also the price was very very reasonable and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making my dress fit so perfectly!

I had my christmas party dress hemmed here as well as two work pants and I was very happy with the quality of work as well as the price. I received my dress days before the event and asked if they could rush the item to be hemmed. They happily obliged and didn't charge me a rush fee as other places had previously done. I am super happy I found out about this place. I will never go to one of the alterations stores at Metrotown again. Thank you K-One Hour Cleaner!

We've been using their dry cleaning services for over 30 years. Never had any reason to go anywhere else.

I had a new jacket I wore at my Construction site and I ended up leaning on a wall that just had sealant on it and my right arm of the jacket was all covered in this glue and I thought my new jacket was done as I tried everything but dry cleaning, I took it here and problem solved not even a sign anything was on it, total shock thank you so much!!!!!!

Also to everyone complaining about the parking lot beside them not being theirs.....read the signs. They're literally posted everywhere.
