I sold and bought condos a few months ago and I had Lundrie & Company lawyer, Josephine as my lawyer for both selling and buying. I will for sure recommend her to others. Lundrie & Company got a competitive market price for their services. In some places (both lawyer and notary firms), which I have personally experienced before, you might not even see the lawyer or the notary in the whole process but only the assistants that do the work. With Lundrie & Company, I actually got to sit with Josephine for both my selling and buying transactions and she went through the documents with me when signing and patiently answered my questions. The assistant ladies at Lundrie & Company were organized and helpful as well, will for sure recommend them!

Worked with one of their lawyers. The way they make money is creating problem to existing ones so you would have to file notice of application in Supreme Court of BC to urgently find relief to your problem. They can then charge you more money since these lawyers get paid by the minute and because these notice of hearings do not guaranteed you a spot it will delay to another day. Therefore, you will have to pay more. So be cautious if they ask you to trust them. Best to get second opinion before agreeing.

Wow after looking for a tax lawyer with "competitive rates" during these Covid times this company replied with a $300 an hour rate to deal with "personal taxes".
That means the lawyer makes $2400 a day. I make that every two weeks.
I would hire this company at any time and I'd encourage no other hard working tax payer to either. It's bad enough to work with CRA and then this! Sad very very sad.
