Bathrooms are clean, individual, multiple, genderless, and indicate vacancies well. (Wish they had paper towels instead of air blasters, but those are modern and blasty.) Chicken tenders are otherworldly good, cooked in four minutes by shiny boxy robots operated by friendly humans. Gas pumps work and are well laid out. On the east side of Malone, and I live west, but will divert here from now on. Rest-stop done right. Wish all the world's byways were dotted with such as these.

We just ordered lunch to go via telephone. Sylvia answered the phone politely and professionally. We gave her our order and requested to pick it up at 11:35. Our order was very specific due to food allergies. We were 10 minutes early and they quickly accommodated our food to go.
The service was courteous, well presented and sealed and napkins were given.
The store itself is immaculately clean and organized.
Now the food! We ordered a Bacon 8" sub and Chicken Tender 8" sub. All were made exactly to the way we had requested and absolutely delicious. The roll was the kind you would expect from a fresh bakery and the ingredients were all fresh and plentiful.
Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will surely be making this one of our number one lunch spots.

Wonderful Cafe. We've eaten at the one in Ray Brook and couldn't wait for this one to open. Steak and cheese is really good. Better than Mo's Pub and $20 for my husband and myself as to the $50 at Mo's and the food was much better.

Gas station, convenience store, local morning coffee meet-ups. Good service, good prices, friendly employees, clean. No long lines even though it's a busy location!

It's a clean well stocked store they are professional but quick. There are a wide variety of snacks and drinks as well as first aid items. Windshield washer plus a small grocery isle.

Nice updated store very clean

I was excited the store was remodeled like the Raybrook location… my favorite gas station hands down. Not so with this one. Staff is rude and unprofessional. The checkout is self serve only now, and the employee at the time was clearly upset and inconvenienced to have to point that out. Apparently, talking to another employee about a rather personal issue is much more important than customer service.
