I was there this morning and they open the door 10mins late. Four of us we’re waiting in the entrance door. I understand she’s fixing something but she could’ve just open the door for us so we can wait inside. I’m the first customer and the lady who opened the door and first teller who helped me name Roxanne, she’s not very friendly not even smiling(feels like I’m not welcome in there)unlike with other teller they are jolly and friendly when I visited the branch in the past. Anyway, I told her that I’m a bit confused and I need help filling out the forms that I received in the mail. She looked at it and says “it’s very straight forward, fill it out,sign, read the instructions” …that’s very helpful right? Of course I read them that’s why I came there for clarification what’s written on the forms. So I went back in the line to talk to her again because I don’t want to sign the forms that doesn’t make any sense for me and when I went to her window she pass me to the other teller and instructed me to go to her instead. To cut it short… Colleen helped me a lot and explain everything to me what’s on the forms and found out I don’t have to sign the other form and disregard it. Which Roxanne told me to fill it out and sign. She’s not in a rushed like Roxanne and Colleen is very friendly and understanding. I might still visit the branch but I will prefer now to use online banking or call center or the Scotiabank in other city.

As I waited in line ever so patently, the lady went out for smoke after 15 - 20 min wait! Very inperfessonal.
