Awesome service. Got a couple puck locks put on a van, as well as two doors fixed that would not open. Dealt with Keenan, great communication, easy to make appointment around schedule, and affordable rates. Will go back for next lock issue for sure.

Was quoted over $400 from the dealership for a new car key. Went here and for $150 I had a new one in under 10 minutes. Super nice group of people working there as well. Would 100%recommend them.😃

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their services. They explain every process and ensure you understand before it's executed. They're also very careful, making sure they have the correct information before making their cuts for car keys. These guys are great. They will go the extra mile and try to help with your lock issues..
I've called them and can tell you that they came to my house and fixed my issue at 7 pm!
It wasn't completely resolved because of the lock manufacturer, but they've checked In to let me know that they are seeking a fix and that's great! Jason is very educated and did not let the problem/issue defeat him!

Jenna and her team at West Coast Mobile Locksmiths are remarkable.

My original and spare car keys broke in half, and I went to the dealership for a new set. Upon getting back to my car, they would work in the ignition but not on the doors/trunk. When I called the dealership, their thought was that the cylinders in my doors/trunk would need to be replaced, which would cost me $1000.

Upon coming to West Coast Mobile Locksmiths, Jenna was able to see that my keys were not cut from code and that the dealership had traced my broken key! Jenna cut me a key from code and it worked perfectly on the locks/trunk and in the ignition. I payed $160 for two shoddy keys at the dealership and $45 at West Coast. I’m going to return to the dealership for a refund so wish me luck 🤞

I will be returning to West Coast Mobile Locksmiths for any future lock/key issues and never again to a dealership, that’s for sure.

I managed to mangle a key for the child seat attached to my bike.

They were upfront about not being able to guarantee the repair, but would try their best to resolve the issue.

I left the bike seat for them and within an hour they had called back to say that they were able to fix the problem. Better yet, Jason spent some time with me to explain how the mechanism worked and how to use it so I wouldn't mangle another set of keys.

My front door lock key was failing to turn in the lock. I called West Coast. The customer support person was very helpful and scheduled a visit. Alistair came to my house. He inspected and tested the lock and quickly diagnosed a problem with the pins. He performed all necessary maintenance work, tested all keys, gave me some advice with respect to ongoing maintenance. The service fee was very reasonable. I was extremely happy with his work. He is a super nice guy. This is a family run business.
