I really liked that they had a team leader on my move. It made communicating with the whole team nice and easy. I didn't have to explain my self 5x I just spoke to the one head guy

His team was very professional, VERY efficient and very courteous and careful with our stuff and our home. They packed up my entire home the night before, the best decision I ever made! Everything was packed properly, nothing was broken, and it was all very organized! The team takes apart your furniture and puts it back together in your new home, which makes it so nice when moving in to have things set up! Choosing to use Simple Moves was the best decision I ever made and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a moving company for their next move!

We contacted Simple Moves to help with our relocation from Vancouver to North Vancouver. Having not moved in nearly 14 years, we wanted to make sure it was done right. From requesting the initial quote (via Yelp) to the end of the move, the whole experience was amazing.

Jani contacted me right away with a quote via phone. I had several follow-up questions, so I reached out by email and received a timely and thorough response to every enquiry. Prior to move date, the appointment was confirmed and we got information about who the movers would be.

Calen and Jeremy arrived promptly, after calling ahead to ensure we were ready for them. We spent the day with them overseeing the careful wrapping they did of all the furniture, and then showing them where stuff should go in the new place. Both guys were friendly, chatty and extremely professional. I was so impressed with their diligence but also their open communication and commitment to getting things done right.

I was extremely satisfied with Simple Moves and would be very confident in recommending them to friends and family. The guys showed up and worked efficiently, were fast, and took direction well regarding what was going and not going, and where things should go in the next location. They were polite, friendly, laid back, just had a great temperament and were extremely hard workers. My mother in law and I were present for all the loading and unloading and we were both very impressed with these guys.

This was my household's first time using movers and we were concerned about keeping costs down, so we agreed to the four hour minimum and to pay any time overage after that. (We moved from a large 1 bedroom apartment.) In preparation for trying to meet the four hour mark, we did a lot of prepacking and moving of smaller items ourselves and just left the furniture and biggest/heaviest boxes for the crew. There was still a large amount of things to move. Jani and his brother were happy to accommodate us in this goal and totally embraced our desire to move fast and keep costs down.

To save time, I told the guys we didn't want most our furniture professionally packed and protected, as we have ikea and "starter" furniture. Thankfully I got no resistance in this request. We did get a large glass tv stand and the big circular dining table professionally packed and protected and they arrived intact and without incident. In the end, we moved in 4 hours and 15 minutes, and they did a fantastic job. Especially since we moved from a third floor building without a working elevator. These guys flew up and down the stairs. It was great. I never felt like they were doing things to use up more time, quite the opposite.

I was really nervous about moving, but these guys made it so easy. They took care of my furniture with pads. Never hire a mover without enough pads for all your furniture

We had a very difficult move from an apartment in downtown Vancouver to our new home in Burnaby coupled with getting a mountain of furniture out of storage in Kamloops. Both moves were handled professionally and courteously by Jani and his team. Jani was able to calm my wife and deal with all of the logistics. This in itself was a miracle. Simple Moves was very cost effective and the payment process was very easy.

I would highly recommend Simply Moves for any moving requirements.

they were okay, one of the movers broke a mirror, but the company went and bought me another one the same day to replace. 7 years on that guy.

I booked Simple Moves, Langley for my move. Calen, Jeremy and Justin arrived on time, a feat in itself considering Vancouver rush hour traffic! These three guys were so cheerful and friendly that I “almost” enjoyed moving. I was held up at the old place, and when I arrived at my new address they’d placed the furniture right where I would have! All in all a very good experience, and I will certainly recommend them! I do have one small suggestion. I had packed my own boxes, but there were a few items that the boys packed which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful if they could have taken the time to write on the box a short description of what the contents were. Thanks Jani!
