from the point of contacting eileen at reception, through our smooth move done by our crew ryan, rider and dave, we felt reassured and supported through our entire move process. our team of movers were polite, fast, hard working and respectful. along with all the furniture and treasures from our family home of 35 years, they moved our old family piano too. the piano was a big concern for me and these men navigated the move with solid reassurance. they loaded the truck in three hours and unloaded in an hour and a half! this move was from the lower mainland to vancouver island. not all moving companies will insure for this kind of move. thanks team! really enjoyed meeting you and working with you.

The movers showed up exactly when they said they would. Polite and knowledgeable. Worked very hard, and carefully. Waited until the suite was completely empty and on the truck before they took a 1/2hr coffee break. Unloaded into the new place, and again, finished it all without slowing down. Terrific Move, and I thank you.

We recently moved from Burnaby, British Columbia to Jasper, AB. From start to finish the company was responsive and professional. When I called to book, the receptionist was polite and answered all my questions without hesitation and the payment process for a deposit was fast and easy. A few days before the move the dispatch coordinator was in contact with me answering all my questions and confirming every step of the way. The day of the move, the movers called about 30 min in advance advising us where they were on the way. BIG SHOUT OUT to "Paul" and "Andy" who were our personal movers that day. Both were super professional and amazing to work with. They were kind, funny, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The move took two days and they were in contact with us the whole time. They advised us where they were stopped for the night, and when they were going to be at our new house waiting for us. All in all they did a fantastic job and both my husband and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. Moving is stressful but these guys made it an easier time for all of us. I would rate 10 stars if I could. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

Two Small Men sent a large truck to move the contents of two storage lockers. We estimated that this would take about 8 hours to pack, travel and re-pack on the other end. It took just over 5 hours - including the travel time! The crew of 3 men were so amazing! Friendly, professional, quick and very helpful. Thank you, I am very happy and I will recommend this removal firm and will NEVER use anyone else!

I have used Two Men for three separate moves. They just finished my long distance move from Vancouver to Edmonton. I keep coming back to Two Men for my moving needs because they’re great to work with. The crews are friendly, professional, efficient and skilled. We did a multiple move from two homes and had a great team of two trucks and four movers. They all worked very efficiently and quickly together and we were impressed with their speed and strength in moving out my piano as well as a storage unit rented nearby. All of the movers were extremely courteous and respectful and we were very satisfied with their work. We mentioned this to friends who had also used Two Small Men company and were very happy with their experiences too. Would recommend these movers to everyone!

I had an amazing experience with this company from front office (Stephanie - thank you for understanding our difficult situation) to dispatchers ( Jim and Barb- postponing our move twice and allowing us to reschedule with no judgment/ just kindness and understanding). Josh and James were our movers and I can’t say enough about them. The moved my elderly mother out of her apartment and did so with a gentle and kind approach. They were quick, efficient, careful with her things, friendly and incredibly kind. From the get-go Two Small Men were very professional. We have had to move three times in three years and have chosen their team every time! The office was very prompt to call me with a quote which seemed very reasonable for the longer trip of this recent move and they were able to give us a loyalty discount since we've worked with them before. The two guys got our 2 bedroom apartment cleared out and respectfully handled our belongings at both ends of the move. We are very grateful for their consistent service over the years. When we emailed for an estimate with only a month's notice, Two Small Men with Big Hearts called to say that they were really busy and didn't think they would be able to help with our move. Especially since we were moving from North Vancouver to Port Moody. But after a minute of talking with them, their Big Hearts open up and gave us an early morning move. The guys were awesome and worked really hard to get it done as soon as possible. Thank you for making our move as stress free as you could!

About two years ago we didn't have the best experience but decided to use them again because the office handled our complaint quickly and professionally! This time we were very impressed. The movers were on time, laid down runners on our hardwood floors, wrapped everything fragile with blankets and treated our possessions with care! The two guys were seasoned movers and we were blown away by how awesome the experience was!

Paul and Rider did a great job moving me in a heat wave. They worked quickly in spite of the heat, and were careful with the items and the premises. They set up the furniture appropriately which was also much appreciated. Definitely 2 very nice people with big hearts. Thank you!

We cannot say how much we dislike moving but the father and son team Tony and Jake were fantastic. They were on time, made sure all the runners were placed on the carpet and super careful with our furniture. Best of all, they were quick and focused on exactly what they were there to do! Absolutely best in class experience and we highly recommend Two Small Men movers and especially Tony and Jake!

We recently had a very challenging move during a snow storm, moving from the interior of BC to the coast. These guys were so professional and helpful and made it work through the harrowing snow blizzard! Profesional & efficient service from the booking all the way to the end of the move. All furniture was carefully wrapped & there was an attention to detail that was greatly appreciated as we were moving our mother into a retirement home. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend them.

After searching for a good reliable company for more than 4+ weeks and reading horrible and terrifying experiences from all of them, I encountered two small men with big hearts, they have great customer service, they give you a flat rate (not depending entirely about cost per pound) which is great because that’s how all the other companies scam you (at least what I read). They are a little bit more “expensive” than others but this is because it’s a guaranteed rate and you have peace of mind that they won’t charge you $2500 because “it ended up weighting more” still, pretty reasonable. The movers arrived on time, they even gave me a call informing me they were on their way, they were so careful with all our furniture, took their time wrapping everything up and were extremely efficient and professional, good kind people, they even gave us advice on how to get around in our new city, they helped us move from Prince George to Vancouver and this normally being something so stressful and complicated they made it so smooth and stress free, on delivery they were efficient as well and even helped us put our furniture back together. I don’t remember their names but they were two gentlement, I think one of their names was billy (blond guy with long hair) and his associate. They were so good, If we ever have to move again I’d hire them in a heartbeat. If you see this, thank you! And sorry to have waited so long to write a review I just didn’t have the time :)

December 9,2020 is a date I will never forgot. I wasn’t looking forward to moving. When I met all three of the movers they were so pleasant and informed me that they will follow my instructions.
All the movers did a fantastic job, not only the packing part but helping me go through a rough time and making it a great time. The day was well worth it and I will always call on them for my next move. I felt a bond with them and they are
an amazing crew.
