Was pretty worried based on the reviews but decided to go for it. Just needed to drop off an Amazon return package with an already printed and taped label and had no issues! Dropped it off, received a receipt, and done within a minute.

Only writing a review because of the amount of 1 stars this place has been receiving, I’ve been here countless of times and every time the process was quick and easy.

Mailed a parcel here with the prepaid express envelope. The staff provided all instructions about how to do this.
Will come here again

Excellent customer service!
I shipped out a package one night, and it turned out the recipient didn't want it, I went to the store the very next morning and they were very kind to help me find it. They couldn't process me a refund, which I was okay with, but advised me to speak to customer service. I did - and customer service managed to give me a refund out of a good-will gesture to due to the situation's circumstance.

I felt the level of customer service here was above & beyond - they could've just told me no, there's no stopping the package delivery. But they went out of their way to help me and point me in the direction to help get my money back. :)

Had a great experience with sending a parcel internationally. The employee that helped me was very nice. She was very friendly and provided great service. One of the best experiences at Canada Post so far.

I think it's normal to have post office to have an employee or two where things become loud, I've witnessed it here and don't find it disturbing and disrespectful. As long as the service and knowledge of the employees is nice.

The young ladies and gentlemen there is very attentive and always brings a smile for customers.

Half a month ago, I went to this post office for the first time, and I still remember it. Due to the epidemic, I can only send packages to my family at the post office. This post office is near my friend's house. My friend took me there. The place is also easy to find. There were a lot of guests when I went there, and they were all lined up in a line. The shop looks very clean and tidy. Every staff member wears a mask. Every customer service staff here is very professional and enthusiastic, and asks all questions. Especially the man in charge of this shop is very patient. I asked if If there are few questions, he doesn't feel annoying, he will answer me earnestly, and he will help me pack the items completely without any damage. Seeing their busy figure, I had to admire them. My friend said that he often came here to mail, and sometimes the shop staff were too busy to eat. For this, I express my sincere respect to the shopkeeper and the staff, and I have to give a thumbs up. If there is a chance, I will go again. At the same time, I wish them good health and business prosperity.

I am shocked at the bad reviews. I have visited this place multiple times to send parcels. The service is fast and smooth every time. The people there are not rude at all; on the contrary, they are professional and courteous. Thanks.

Mailing my parcels was a fantastic experience. People are friendly, good-mannered and very professional. The store is well-organized, easily find all the shipping supplies I need. Definitely will come back again and again. Recommend to everyone!!!

Living the apartment life, I absolutely hate having packages delivered to my door, only because they often arrive when nobody is home. I wish there would be a better system around that, but for now, I have my stuff delivered to this location free of charge. Being an Amazon Prime subscriber, I come here somewhat regularly to pick up my parcels. The staff are pretty kind and have never given me any issues.

Have had many packages delivered here as well as regular mail, always satisfied with the staff - very courteous and helpful! Usually, I find anyone who claims to have had a bad experience, brought it in with them.

This is a new location for Canada Post. I work downstair and very happy to see they launching it in London Drugs. I visit here very often for the business of the bank I am working in. Every time the staffs was extremely cheerful, friendly and sweet. It seems most staffs are under training, but all of them did a amazing job with professional attitude. Thank you lovely ladies working here!

I must have been here a hundred times now for sending mail from my work, and have never once had a problem. The staff are very efficient and kind. I genuinely don't understand why there are so many complaints about the staff. From the negative reviews I've read, it seems that some people just don't understand how mail works, or they have shockingly misguided expectations of the responsibilities of post office workers.

These are were fast and courteous, I sometimes wonder if it’s the couriers companies that put negative reviews. I shipped a couple items here and was going to ship a larger package from purolator or ups I COULDN’T BELIEVE how much cheaper Canada post is!!!!!!!

I’d rather save a few bucks and come here, no one can beat prices. If you want exceptional service/uniformed staff for the same service DELIVERING A PACKAGE then waste your money at fedex or purolator....... the private couriers also rip you off with brokerage fees with Canada post doesn’t
