This place gets a ZERO STAR. I tried for 4 days to collect my packages after work at 530. I arrived 530, 540, and 550 and each time it was closed. How is one to get their packages when the guy doesn’t even stay open during the listed hours? GET IT TOGETHER.

On phone with UPS because I want my dang packages.

They have the weirdest business hours and it makes it hard to plan for picking up UPS packages. Every time I come in to pick up a package, they ask me what the package might look like because they have no organization system for the boxes. Awful customer experience overall.

Came right at 5:30 and stood behind someone else he was serving. Received an earful for making him close "later" and how UPS doesn't pay him for after hours and if he keeps taking one more customer he'll be there all night. Managed to coax my package out of him. Terrible hours, terrible customer service, UPS needs to drops this store.

Older attendant was not pleasing. He would assist customers out of order. And he was more interested in closing shop then assisting clients with obtaining their packages.

There is no longer UPS service at this location. The store across the hall (Mobo Electronics) is now a UPS location. Also, the attendant at Express News is rude.

What a horrible business. The owner shouts at me for arriving at the store late when I was 5 minutes before his official closing hours, and tells me that its his store and that's his way of business. He says he does nobody favours so no one shall do him any favours of giving him any business

A horrible, ignorant man.
