For more than six months I had been scanning the used car market for the car I had my sights on. I saw an ad for a car that appeared to be what I was looking for, but it was all the way out in Maple Ridge (I live in Vancouver)! I decided to contact the dealer to see what they had to say, and I am so glad to have done so. From the first moment of contact with Stuart, I was treated with respect, so when I realized the car was exactly as presented in the ad, it was an easy decision to purchase it. I couldn’t be happier with my decision, as not only do I love the car, but the entire team at Maple Ridge Chrysler was outstanding. I felt valued and respected throughout the process and I also received excellent service after my purchase, as I requested some minor follow-up service. I just purchased a 2023 dodge ram rebel at the Maple Ridge Chrysler dealership. I walked in knowing that I wanted to buy a new truck. I was greeted by Thomas one of the sales reps. He showed me on his lot the fleet that they had he was very professional and very knowledgeable, and very respectful to the fact that I needed to buy something but without any pressure, he showed me a truck that I fell in love with, and I knew I needed to buy it. He was so good with me. It was literally on a whim for me. But he was so great. He gave me a great trade-in value of my previous Dodge hemi that I owned. The whole staff was very professional, Reagan and Lisa the other staff that I dealt with were so great I would recommend any one of my friends to deal with Maple Ridge Chrysler. There was no pressure in any sales. They were very straightforward and very respectful, thank you Thomas and thank you Maple Ridge Chrysler I’m a very happy new owner of a 2023 Dodge rebel. I also have to say they had this bong in their office of which I got to hit once I got my sale on my truck and everybody clapped and it was really great feeling .

Purchasing our new Ram truck at Maple Ridge Chrysler was a surprisingly comfortable experience. Although apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle, our salesperson, Jaikirat (Jay) made it a pleasant experience. We felt no pressure, and were encouraged to test drive several vehicles to pick the right one for us. Jay was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we looked at and explained all of the features. The sales manager, finance officer, and ICBC insurance agent, were all great too. Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice of car dealerships, and love our new truck!

The customer service is exceptional at Maple Ridge Chrysler.. I don’t feel I’m being pressured into getting any unnecessary work done on my jeep. As soon as you walk into the service department someone always acknowledges you and lets you know you’ll be looked after momentarily. I’ve personally had the pleasure of dealing with Jamal, James and Tyler and they are all fabulous guys! Jamal has my Jeep washed for me at the end of my service which was greatly appreciated. I was looking for a Kia Soul. Found several but they got scooped up before I could make an offer.

Then, by chance, I found one on the Maple Ridge Chrysler/Dodge website. It checked all the boxes! Immediately I sent a message thru the online chat to ask if it was available. The agent, Lourdes, was quick to respond and let me know a salesperson would be calling. A minute later my phone rang. The voice on the other end of the line introduced himself as Cody Sternig. “I hear you are interested in the Kia.”

From that point on Cody made this the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I gave an offer over the phone, Cody took it to his manager and it was accepted within minutes.

On my way home from work, I stopped in at the dealership. Cody was nothing but kindness and smiles. Not intimidating or pushy at all, super easy to talk to. We chatted for some time while the Kia was brought in from another lot for my inspection. At no time did I feel pressured to HURRY UP and BUY. Cody and I checked out the Kia together. He seemed to be as excited as I was about it! I wanted to take it for a test drive, but it was getting too late for me. “Why not take it home overnight?”, Cody offered. Really, are you serious?? The sales manager, Darius Gonsalves, okayed it and 10 minutes later I was on my way home in my soon-to-be Kia.

Next day I went back to let Cody know I wanted to move forward with the Kia purchase. With Cody in the lead and with the help of his team (Lisa and Ivana), they made this purchase uncomplicated, low-stress, and relaxed in a way I had never experienced with another car dealership. Cody gave me his number and let me know that I could call him if I had any issues. He even called a couple days later to check in. A car salesperson following up post-purchase?? How rare!

I liked how he made the whole process of showing the car (test drive and previous history of vehicle) very transparent and comfortable for us. It was without any usual pressure tactics of salesmen. I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep today for the first time to have my car serviced. As soon as I arrived a very nice man welcomed me asked me why I was there and escorted me to the service area. I met Tyler who helped throughout the service time and was very supportive and nice. I chose to wait for my car till it was serviced. Meanwhile the whole staff takes us smiled at me when they walked by and if I had any questions they were very prompt and courteous to help me.
Yes I will go back. And I recommend this place to others.

Went in to the dealership to get diagnostics done for a tie rod and also a brake issue I was having with my 2023 JLU. Rocky from Service dept was really helpful with sorting it out for me. I had to leave the car for about 3 hours and I got a call from Rocky after saying that the diagnostics was done and they figured out what the issue was and that it will be fixed. Super friendly, knowledgeable and fast service. Thank you Rocky.

My review was almost zero until James from service came in and help. Had an issue where my wife came in and didn’t get the help she asked for I came in later and still didn’t get help from the parts guys. The woman the day before was great though. I was frustrated and had an issue with my truck wheel locks. James over heard and came over and not only helped us get things fixed he took the time to chat with me and go over what they were going to do. I had no appointment I was worried it wasn’t going to get done but he brought it to the back and was able to help us. When I asked how much it cost he said nothing, they just wanted to go the extra mile. Reputation of MRC in Maple Ridge is changing because of guys like James. Hope he sees this and gets recognized for the extra work he did. I’ll be back.
