I came here on July 11 to open new accounts and Cathy Drake was my banker. She did a great job and it was a pleasure to be there. Always speedy to help me and help explain what I need and how to get it. Never have had an issue yet with this bank. Never had to wait more then ten minutes in a line or to talk to a consultant about opening an account. Staff is very friendly.

Overall an okay bank. I don't know if their process for transactions is different than other banks, but sometimes the service can be slow.

Slow service and to many fees

This bank is only good for people who need a local brick and mortar bank for withdrawing small amounts from the local ATM.
NOT FOR TRAVELERS!! As soon as you leave town, your ATM card will not work.
Their security system is so antiquated that it requires you to call in your detailed travel plans if you want to use the ATM. And even then, I have found that it often simply does not work.
