Best food, quantity and quality both excellent.
Fresh bread, tasty soups.
Staff is very friendly and supportive.

Came over the border from Canada solely for olive garden and boy it didn’t disappoint.
We were seated super quickly and served almost immediately. Our server Justina was fabulous and she provided great service. Two of us shared the iconic garden salad as well as the gnocci soup which is sooooo good!! I ordered the tour of italy which is such a good value seeing that you get to sample three popular items, my partner ordered the ravioli and it didn’t disappoint. the portions are huge and left me with left overs which is always a plus!! couldn’t of been better!!

First time here from Canada and we were very excited. Super easy to get a table on a Friday afternoon. Our waitress was really kind and able to explain the menu for us. Super neat that you get a salad/bread sticks with any entree.

The Alfredo shrimp was absolutely delicious and a great portion size. The spaghetti and meat balls from the lunch special menu was a bit smaller but for the $12 deal it was fantastic. Would definitely come back.

I cant believe I didn’t go to this restaurant for so many years! Went here for my husband’s birthday and they definitely made it real special.
The food and service is 11/10.. I loved the chicken and Gnocci soup – so hot and creamy with bits of chicken..  The salad was fresh and flavorsome .. they gave bread which was soft and garlicy but not too much on the face… these were all unlimited.. for main course we had the chicken fettucine pasta & grilled chicken Margherita – both were amazing and too good..lotsa main course options in the menu too. I told them its my husband’s birthday and they gave us a piece of cake complimentary .. we got to chocolate brownie lasagna – omg it was to die for !! very tasty – we brought it home and finished the rest as there was too much food!
The place has ample parking and seating capacity. Definitely Good interiors! Service is top notch - The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Our server (unfortunately I forgot her name) was too sweet, kind and very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend this place. It was such a memorable dining experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

Their soup and salad special from 12 pm till 3 pm for 9.99$ is endless. Salad is so fresh as is the soup. All you can devour for that price and freshness is soon worth it. Our waiter was excellent. Don't recall his name. Great atmosphere, friendly AND Clean. Been there many times with my 89 yr. young mother. She enjoys her soup and salad.

Incredible experience!!! As a Canadian we don’t have Olive Garden, we have something similar called East Side Mario’s but Olive Garden service was way better!!!! Waiter did not let us run dry of breadsticks, we ate our soup and took our pasta to go! We were stuffed and happy when we left. Will come back to Buffalo just for this place

Exceptional customer service from Nicole! We came out of town and it was our first time at Olive Garden and Nicole made it such an amazing experience. The staff, hosts and managers, were also just as pleasant. The food was fresh, well portioned, and quick to come out. We can’t wait to be back!

Being from Canada I see why Americans love Olive Garden, it’s not authentic Italian by any means but, it’s pretty tasty, big portions and the staff are great. Food is on the salty side but it’s a fun experience and I will definitely be going back! Been on multiple occasions never a let down, just go on an empty stomach! Don’t go expecting to be amazed and you’ll be satisfied!

Good food for your money, friendly staff and convenient location with plenty of parking space.

Haven't been to an Olive Garden in years and decided to do lunch. We were told it was 1 hour and 45 min wait but we were able to get in before that thankfully. Service was good and food was good, everyone enjoyed their meals (minestrone, salad, eggplant parm,chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs and breadsticks) Got a free piece of chocolate cake for my birthday which was delicious. It was a great visit.

This place is so good that it is extremely popular. I would definitely recommend getting there earlier than you want to eat just in case there's any waiting time. I had grilled salmon with broccoli and my husband had a steak with broccoli. Everything was perfect.

I really loved the welcoming staff and the waitresses. They were very kind and sweet. Appetizers were good - try the calamari and the Shrimp frito misto - they tasted really good. Order maincourse only after getting all your appetizers on the table. Quantity is decent size. You would love the experience. Thanks, Ashwin.

A great place to dine out. We specially drove from Toronto to dine here. Food portions size is good, taste is great and service is excellent. This place has a good vibe. Veggie options are available.

Very busy place, but we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Very nice and friendly place. Jason was our dining room host and he was very nice with our son. He helped us pick the best meals and drinks, and even suggested to try out the new dessert. We were not disappointed. Definitely will come back again.

We visited this place during our cross-border shopping. It was my first time visiting their Niagara Falls, NY, location & Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food had generous portions. The ambiance was great! I would assume the same quality of service is also consistent in their other locations in the States.

Had a great time. Food was good and service was excellent. All of the hostesses, servers and staff that we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was full but service did not suffer. Food came out fast and orders were accurate. Breadsticks are amazing.

This Olive Garden location in Niagara Falls was awesome! Service was great, food was great! The Chicken Gnocchi soup was oh la la! The only problem was they ran out of Lasagna however waiter Renee made up for it!

Food was delicious. Bread sticks as always were amazing! Portions are HUGE!!! So definitely get your monies worth!

Pasta blew my mind. I didn't expect the quality of the pasta I had.
