After a water leak, a plumbing investigation needed to occur based on being in a strata. The technician that attended , Caleb was a really skilled plumber. What set him apart was that he was so personable with the communication skills he used with a Senior and explained the steps along the way with myself. He's a great ambassador for your company.

C&C was working with Phoenix restoration to remove and then reinstall washer/dryer in my unit after a water damage happened in our condo. Alec did a very good job. Despite the small size of the closet, he made sure that I can access the water valves while perfectly placed the washer/dryer in that tiny room. He installed it much better than the original installation. He also went beyond his responsibility and completed caulking in the closet which was missed by another worker. I definitely recommend him for your plumbing work.

I would like to express my extreme gratitude towards Noah. He is one of the best representatives this company has. Not only is he on top of everything day to day that I ask for, but he’s a great person outside the corporate structure. He takes care of everything and anything needed night and day. I just had a fire panel issue at one of my large downtown buildings on a Saturday morning close to 1 AM. He called me right away and helped me the with the situation after hours. Super impressed. Cory, Adis and Bryan were totally AMAZING today!!! They found deficiencies that other companies overlooked for the last 25 years!! I loved their friendly, educational approach and will be requesting them back to our building as our regular inspection team. I look forward to having them back next year!!!! C&C has always been a great company to our Strata in Kitsilano since 2014. Recently I had to personally use their plumber on a weekend. The gentlemen was very courteous, professional and prompt. When I had a concern with the bill Garret personally called me at home after I spoke Jamie ( woman in accounting ) and he helped me with compassion and kindness. Kudos and many thanks for a company that employs professional employees. Kindness goes a long way especially in these challenging times.

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandparents who are not technologically inclined. They said they had a great experience with a young man named Alec this past week. They had used previous companies who have been more than an hour late and and struggled to get their plumbing issues resolved. They said Alec was very professional and kind, and got the job done in a very timely manner. They were kept up to speed with the work and their place was left very clean afterwards! Job well done!

I don't know much about the rest of the company, but I was very happy with the plumber that did the shower fixture installation in my home. His name is Robert, he did a perfect job and made sure everything was working fine and left the place spotless.

This company shines in comparison to other 24hr plumbing companies I have used . The office staff is fantastic and so are the field staff . The cheerleaders that deserve recognition are Ashley Main and David Kallin . I look forward to continuing business with this team for years to come.

We are so thrilled with our recent experience with this company. We wanted to replace our original furnace and add central air. They came out to take a look at our existing system, gave us our options and their recommendations, and within a week the team was here to do the installation. They were on time, very friendly, professional, kept us updated on what was happening, answered any questions, kept things very clean, and helped fill out our rebate form. The company had scheduled a person to do the drywall repair following the installation. We didn't even have to use that person because the technicians were awesome in only cutting where necessary. This saved us money. This company is amazing.
