As far as friendly I’ve never had a problem with that, I think I’m more the aggressive one, they take my mess with a smile. I’m not saying I don’t have issues but they always manage to accommodate my problems with a smile. Now what they do behind my back umm idk and idc as long as my stuff is new and repaired when needed. I’m actually thankful because I was able to buy out my stuff at my leisure.

Yeah it’s a bit more expensive but they are generally working with people with bad credit who can’t go out and buy up front. I see people crying about being late and them wanting their merchandise back, they are a business and businesses either want their money or their product back, your life’s problems are not theirs. Brittany is always wonderful as long as she doesn’t have to chase you down and then hear your sob story. Every item we have ever gotten anything, we requested brand new and that’s what they brought. Everyone complaining about them needs to look in the mirror and be happy that companies like rentacenter will even work with y’all
