Kraving Thyme Family Meal Prep

We started ordering from Kraving Thyme last March, after my boyfriend had knee replacement surgery, based on a friend's recommendation. At the time, the convenience of having the meals ready to pop in the microwave when I'd go home at lunchtime to take care of "the patient" was a plus! Here we are, almost a year later, and we've not missed a week of the delicious, healthy meals. I have so many favorites, I can't even begin to name them all! Tom, Sara and the rest of the staff are so warm and friendly, and Tom is top-notch when it comes to customer service, going above and beyond for his customers. We've recommended Kraving Thyme to many friends and family members, and not one person has been disappointed.

I am blown away with just how good these meals are each week. Usually when I think of healthy meal prep places, I think of bland but well balanced food. With Kraving Thyme you get flavor and balanced goodness! I’ve yet to find a meal that I didn’t like; even my 8 year old agrees. As if the food alone wasn’t enough, the owner is such a nice man and very helpful if you ever have any questions.

All in all, I would absolutely recommend Kraving Thyme to anyone who has been considering, and to anyone who is looking for a tasty and reasonably priced meal prep service!

Great tasting and affordable meals! As a registered dietitian, I strive to help clients with proper portioning and healthy options and Kraving Thyme checks all the boxes. Also, who doesn’t like healthy, convenient meals that they don’t have to cook themselves! The change in menu every few weeks is refreshing and never disappoints. I would recommend this meal prep to anyone !

This meal service has been my absolute savior!

The meals heat well in the microwave, air fryer, oven, you name it. They are coming up with new recipes while keeping the favorites! I have recently started a new weight loss journey and this meal prep service has fit perfectly in it. I can count my macros because they have all that information right on the container. I have tried every meal prep service buffalo has to offer and this is the only one that actually is home made authentic real food. This is great for people who just want meal prep services for the convenience or for people looking to lose weight.

The best part is that the owners truly care about their customers. Kraving Thyme is truly a breath of fresh air during times like these for sure---good service, GREAT people, and AMAZING food!

I really had no idea what to expect (I've never tried a meal prep before) but was recommended by a friend because I was looking to change my eating habits of junk I'd eat during my long work days. I am so impressed! These meals are absolutely delicious, filling and I always look forward to the changing variety. If you order a certain amount they deliver to your home free which is so convenient. The owner seems to genuinely care and is always responsive with questions. Highly recommend.

Meals are delicious! They switch it up constantly so you never get bored with the selection and have a wide variety. What is even more impressive about Kraving Thyme is the ownership and customer service. Always reaching out to make sure everything was good, and asking for opinions and feedback. I have been ordering meals from Kraving Thyme for almost a year now and couldn't be happier!! The meals are not only delicious and healthy but also affordable and delivered right to your doorstep every week. The menu is always changing so you don't have to worry about eating the same thing all the time and not having to cook makes my busy schedule that much easier!

I was in the area for an extended period for work, and I am so thankful I found Kraving Thyme after my first week. They saved me an incredible amount of time and money, as well as the hassle of trying to prepare meals in a hotel room. The meals also helped me improve my diet/portion control, and everything I tried was delicious. The only down side I can see is that the containers can't be returned to be reused, so I accumulated a LOT of containers. (While they're good for leftovers, one person only needs so many containers.)

I have tried many meal prep services and i never liked the meat in them, it was rubbery, fatty or just plain weird. I have liked pretty much everything that i have gotten from here. The quality is hands down the best out of all the ones i have tried. Additionally, the owner is amazing, he treats you like family and always makes you feel important and like you are the only customers. I will continue to order from here.

Great tasting meal prep! This makes my life so much easier (and delicious)! Each week they drop off my meals right to my door. They have a wide selection of meals and I save time cooking in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place. Customer service top notch. Tom is always there to help.

Kraving Thyme is such a game changer!!! I love how quick and easy it is to have a gourmet meal on the table! As a busy working mom and grandma, who likes to hit the gym after work, this food is just what I Krave!! (Get it?!?) I love how the menu is changing so you don’t always eat the same foods. And Tom, the owner, is attentive to your input, and asks for honest feedback! This food is amazing! You won’t be sorry if you give it a try, and you won’t be disappointed!!

I have tried many many of the meal prep services in the area and KRAVING THYME by far is the BEST!!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and MOST accommodating to all of my nutritional needs . i have recently become GF and Tom has been a huge help in how and what to eat!
I order weekly for my self and my father who also has special dietary needs, and Tom has never said NO to anything we have requested.
The food is flavorful beyond words, the portions are plenty and the presentation is PERFECT!!
From creation to delivery Tom and Sara put their heart and soul into this business and it shows.

I am a fast food junkie looking to change that part of my lifestyle. I came across Kraving Thymes meals and I can honestly say i don't go through drive thru anymore.
Not only are these meals delicious, they have lunch wraps that are just like your favorite fast food place but better and healthier.
I am a big eater too and these meals are hearty and filling.
If you are reading this, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY THEM!! 5 stars are honestly not enough!!

Hands down BEST meal prep service in WNY! No more dishes or cooking after a long day at work. Perfectly portioned and absolutely delicious!
Favorite meals: breakfast scramble and the chicken berry almond salad- the blueberry salad dressing is out of this world!

LOVE the food here! Everything I have ordered has been delicious and very generous portion sizes. Would highly recommend to anyone that hates cooking like I do (or just doesn't have the time) but loves to eat and have their portion control and macros done up in a lovely container of yummy happiness.

Kraving Thyme blows every other meal prep service out of the water. Food is always fresh, never frozen. So delicious! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re really missing out!

I had the pleasure of trying out Kraving Thyme’s breakfast wrap and chicken caesar wrap this past weekend. They were fresh, flavorful, and left me “kraving” another one the next day. I’ll 100% be back.
