Up North Quilt Shop

I really enjoyed meeting Heather, the new shop owner on our most recent trip to the International Falls area! It's fun to shop and talk about projects too. A very nice selection of fabrics and products too.

Love this shop. They do have stairs when you come in.

This is an amazing quilt shop. The owner was super friendly and helpful and I felt right at home. While I was in the shop she was arranging to stay late for a high school student to pick out fabrics for her school project. It was so heartwarming to see a business owner this invested in her community. :)

I also really loved the fabric selection. I frequently check out new quilt shops and immediately walk out because they’re just one genre (usually old-timey type fabrics) but this one has a great selection. There were modern fabrics (Tula Pink, Mida, Riley Blake, Robert Kaufman) plus local sports teams and things for kids. The kits are amazing and there’s a great selection of precuts as well. I hope to visit the area and stop in again some time!

A wonderful store with equally wonderful staff. A great selection of fabrics, patterns and notions. I'd happily take the long drive up from Hopkins now and then to support this store.

Love it there they give classes on sewing projects, and have every gadget in helping with sewing and knowledgeable, frendly.
