Golden Parrots Pub & Restaurant

This pub is outside the residential area but is conveniently located near highway with plenty of parking spots. Our server was very pleasant and nice. She makes your experience better. Food are quite alright, very reasonably priced too even to consider this inflation era. Taco Tuesday was neat and tasty and we also tried their golden Brussels sprouts which were also pretty good. There are many kinds of wings to choose from, and special deal on Wednesday. This now is one of our go to pubs as children are also allowed.

We went for a private group hang for over 50 of us.. and still have plenty of room in the main bar area to catch the game.

Very clean, parking is plenty.

Food is excellent! Atmosphere is great and the service is fabulous.

Went to checkout Golden Parrots with a buddy during their happy hour to catch the basketball game and we had a fun time. Guinness tastes great as well as their Fat Tug IPA which didn't taste that bitter so I loved it.

We got their deep fried pickles which came with a bit of fries. They were so good so we decided to get the poutine as well.

The owners came around to check on everybody and they were super friendly. We had a chat with them and they are absolutely awesome people.

Would definitely come back!

Really appreciate the variety of gluten free options available. They take food allergies seriously. Our server was really nice too always checking on our table. They have specials running every day. I’ll come back next Wednesday for the Wings special 😊

Wow, what a little gem this is. Golden Parrot seems to have a Red or Gold seal chef hidden back there.

The food was superb. I am guessing as to the recipe for the fries, but the real secret, I have no clue of, is how they make their burger patties.

I simply love this place and want to go here again. Even their fries tasted special. Great food, a courteous and caring staff. Highly recommended place for hanging out with friends.

Not sure if they also offer live music but would be nice to be added.
Among my top ranked restaurants in BC. Can't complain about anything. Don't let location (near a gas station) fool you.

We have been coming here for years and love the staff. They always greet us with a smile and remember our orders. It may not be the busiest pub in the area but we love coming in to meet with friends and that includes the staff. Big bonus, happy hour after 8pm, is insanely cheap.

I’ve read the reviews. While the excuses for some customers bad experiences are very real problems. We were very busy, the glitchy system, we are training new people, we are under staffed ect. In the service industry, telling your customers your problems??
I would try, please come back and give us a chance to make it right. Period

Very much a pub atmosphere. Service was quick and food was good. Easy street access and decent parking. Right beside a gas station, great pit stop.

I love this place! Service and food never misses. I come here every Friday after a long work week it's my thing to look forward to. I usually get the steak everytime. I also love that they give their staff Sundays off. Whoever runs this place is doing it right.

Ashley was an incredible server! She is so bubbly and bright! Food was great, had the Monte cristo, super good!

We always love the food here and the staff are great. It’s our regular spot and the prices are very reasonable.

Whenever there is a decision to make about where to eat, drink and be merry our whole hockey team goes here. Great specials, speedy service, & friendly staff keep us coming back day after day. Hard to beat the soups.

Food is amazing, I would go there everyday if I could. I have shared this location with my friends and family to experience for them selves.

Outstanding. I've had a few things here now. The wings are excellent, so is the fish and chips (Scottish mum approved) the short rib sandwich is the best I've had. Beef is so tender and the bun is lovely and soft. Fries are amazing.

Service =12/10, ambience = 10/10, food=11/10. Best prime rib in town with no competition, if you’re not in at 4 pm Saturday you have missed out on life

Stopped by for a beer at noon and it was busy but the waitress was great and the food looked awesome great decor. Look forward to going back.

Food and cocktails are fantastic!! Service is always friendly and fast. Menu is diverse with lots of options for restrictive diets.
