I am sharing this experience because I want everyone to know that their program is worth the time and money!!

I have undergone approximately three physiotherapy sessions and two Pilates sessions to address shoulder pain. The results are incredible! Over the last two years, I received acupuncture numerous times for what was initially misdiagnosed. Fortunately, during an initial assessment with Ella, she doubted that I had frozen shoulder and guided me to see a physiotherapist for a proper diagnosis. After just 2-3 physiotherapy sessions and Pilates, there was significant improvement. It was one of the best decisions I've made in the past few years. I am so glad to have met the Three Step Fitness Pilates Physiotherapy team, and now I finally have the correct exercises and treatment. Just within 3-5 sessions, there has been a noticeable improvement. I am now joining the beginner Pilates class every Tuesday and am excited to see more results. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable I am recommending it to my friends and families.

I was evaluated by the physio here for my chronic back pain. They cleared me to join the group classes for Pilates and exercise, even starting with zero knowledge and basically zero muscle tone it was a good experience.
All the instructors here are super motivating and friendly! It can be rather challenging entering into a regular weekly routine, since most of the other people have been doing it much longer. However they will adapt the workouts to your beginner level as necessary.

I've been going for about a month now and already feel a bit more flexible and competent at using the machines. My back hurts a little less too.

Be prepared to give ALL your effort though, Pilates is not easy & the exercise class will remind you that you have muscles in places you didn't realize can ache.
Other options exist for one on one training and rehabilitation though I have only seen those from the outside.

My teenage daughter has been going to Three Step consistently for about six months. She suffered a groin injury from hockey last year and has been to a few physio therapists in the area. We are so glad we eventually found Three Step as the experience has been amazing! She's been receiving physio treatment along with strengthening exercises twice a week. Ella took time to understand her injury and customized a plan for her with the hybrid treatment which has worked out great. The physio therapists and trainers are all very knowledgeable and professional but above all, they are able to keep her constantly engaged and motivated. We are very happy with the results so far and I would highly recommend Three Step especially if you are recovering from sports related injuries.

They are different in a good way! I would say their program is a perfect mixture of fitness and Pilates. I used to have severe neck and shoulder pain. The pre-existing pain has completely gone, and I can't think about myself not going. It is part of my lifestyle. I spend most of the time sitting all day, about 9-10 hours. After a year of going to Pilates class at Three Step Fitness Pilates Physio Clinic, I changed my pass type to an unlimited group membership. I go 3-4 times a week. I am glad that we have the local fitness and Pilates studio in town like them.

My wife and I have been coming to Three Step Fitness for several months and have been really happy with the service and training we have received here. We have been doing physiotherapy, fitness personal training and Pilates and have noticed improvements in our stamina, mobility and with our form for a lot of exercises. This has helped us a lot in our day to day activities and with other sports. Daniel, Tracy and Ella have all been great to work with! Definitely recommend coming here!

I am pregnant and I love attending their Pilates class. It is a perfect mixture of fitness and Pilates! I have practiced yoga for a long time, and Pilates is different. It balances and restores every single body part that I have never worked on before. I joined the Three Step Pilates class about a month ago for prenatal Pilates. I had my very first assessment with Ella, and she suggested that pregnant women can do regular Pilates with some modifications. I was surprised that I can just do the regular Pilates; of course, I get a modified version of some movements in the group class. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I am looking forward to continuing the program even for postnatal recovery!

It has been more than a year since I started taking Pilates sessions at Three Step Fitness with Tracey. While all the instructors are great, I particularly want to emphasize Tracey's excellence.

I attend Pilates sessions with my 27 year old daughter, who has autism. She's so nice with communicating with my daughter and helping my daughter to use muscles that she never used before. Considering her cognitive restrictions, Tracey has been remarkably patient with us. I can't stress enough how amazing Tracey's sessions are. She not only warmly answers my questions but also explains things at a level that I can understand, which I truly appreciate.

It's been 2years having pilates sessions from her. Even though some movements are hard to follow, she corrects us very well. I'm always recommending to my friends. We are very thankful to her. They give family friendly environment to us. We used to come once a week, but now we go three times a week. My body immediately notices when I miss a session due to a business trip.

It has been about couple months doing group fitness and Pilates with Daniel and Ella ☺☺☺ My friend invited me to try it out and I have so far enjoyed my time there and seen much effect in my health and life. I had lots of pain in my neck so I had to stretch every now and then, but now I noticed that I didn’t have pain and stiffness like before. I also feel that I gained a lot more stamina and energy through out the day. I don’t feel as tired as before but full of energy and excitement!!

I am currently enrolled in the Unlimited Group Pass for postnatal recovery, attending three times a week. After giving birth, I experienced significant back pain and had no idea how to address it. However, at Three Step Fitness, they offer both fitness and Pilates programs, so I decided to join their group sessions after trying out the 30-minute introductory session.

The program has absolutely boosted my postnatal recovery and improved my diet. I gained a lot of weight and experienced back pain after pregnancy, but now I am pain-free and regaining my pre-pregnancy body shape (I even think it's better with their well-guided exercise program).

Previously, I used to work out by myself, but their program is truly worth the investment, especially the Unlimited Group Pass, which I believe is the best option

I have been suffering from a lot of pain (after c-section)in my neck, shoulder, and back for a few years now. Then working a desk job only made the pain worse. But after coming to this clinic in Jan 2024, I can now feel improvement in my body. I have less pain which is the biggest thing for me. I can also feel that I’m finally gaining core muscles. Carrying my daughter is easier now too. I love how passionate they are in what they do! I need guidance in my posture with certain movements and I love that they show me when I don’t know what I’m doing. I am really happy that I decided to give this place a try! Hard work pays off!

Tracy is my pilates teacher for a year, she is very professional in the understanding and adjustment of human body structure. Exercising with my teacher over the years has not only improved my upper back pain, but also adjusted my posture for even better. Especially after every exercise, I feel very comfortable and happy. It’s really amazing!

I couldn't be happier with Pilates and Fitness programs!! It the best decision I made.

I have been attending three times a week with a one year unlimited group pass.

What sets this program apart is its holistic approach- not only has it alleviated my physical discomfort, but I have also managed to lose weight without the stress of obsessive dieting.

I initially joined to address lower back pain and planter facilities in my feet. I am thrilled to say that issues are no longer a problem!

In terms of life quality and value, this program surpasses any other I have tried. I have been a member for two years now, and I plan to continue attending.

Investing in the right program and sticking to it has been truly worth it!!!!

This is the best fitness/pilates studio in the lower mainland. They strike the right balance between pushing you to improve and knowing when you're genuinely tired. I also super appreciate their focus on making sure you understand the movements so you don't injure yourself. I had tried other studios before and realized I was so close to injuring myself because no one took the time to explain. All the instructors are nice, but shout out Ella, Tracy and Daniel for being my OG team. :) 100/10

I had ICBC physiotherapy and an active Rehab session at TSF, and I must say, they have the best exercise therapy program in town. The Clinical Pilates and Active Rehab sessions were incredibly beneficial. Following my ICBC treatment, I decided to enroll in Pilates classes for myself and my daughter.
The results have been remarkable! My daughter, who used to struggle with bad posture, has shown significant improvement after just 3 or 4 sessions. We are thrilled with the progress and will definitely continue our Pilates classes at TSF.

Had a great experience at Three Step! Was experiencing knee and hip flexor pain due to hip imbalance and did a combination of physiotherapy and Pilates to treat it - the staff are super knowledgeable and supportive and the program they put me on eliminated my pain in just a few weeks. My life changer! As a man who had never done Pilates before, I initially joined the unlimited group class for both Fitness and Pilates at Three Step, following my wife. From the very start, I found myself waking up in the morning with excitement and going to bed with joyful anticipation for the following day.

Thier program is a holistic approach to health, offering everything one needs to be both physically and mentally healthier. I used to struggle with ankle, knee and back problems, but thanks to thier expert guidance and well-rounded programs, these issues are now completely gone!
The investment is unquestionably worth the money.

I have been to Three Step Fitness for a variety of paid sessions. They offer top tier value and professionalism! Their Professionals are friendly, and the Pilates and Personal Training/ Group sessions in particular are fun, high energy and you always look forward to the next session after working up a sweat. I always appreciate their tailored/ personalized approach, especially with their Nutrition Coaching which is important to implement alongside keeping physically active. Earlier this year, I started going to the studio for private Pilates lessons. Ella performed a very accurate assessment of which areas I needed to work on for improving my overall health, posture and strength. Since then, I've taken a mixture of group and private classes with various instructors (Ella, Daniel, Tracy) and everyone has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. I enjoy the level of accountability and commitment that taking classes with the studio has provided for me to help me stick to my fitness goals! I think what makes this place special is that all the instructors are attentive, detail-oriented and there is an overall theme of making sure everyone stays aware of each client's areas of improvement. I joined the pilates with Ella and group training with David. It's my first time doing pilates. The instructors were both nice, encouraging and will push you to work harder than you think you can. Clean facility and overall nice place to get your sweat on.
