Had a good experience with All Perils. I'm surprised other people seemed to have issues. Our place flooded during the Christmas holidays while we were away and had to have all our floors all replaced. Our adjuster was really nice and answered all our questions.

We had a couple of unexpected delays with our restoration company and our adjuster was very understanding and gave us advice on how to deal with them. He helped us push things forward so we could move back home asap.

First experienced dealing with a claims company and it as smooth sailing all things considered. Oh and our adjuster was Darren Ho. He had a good sense of humour so we felt like we were dealing with a real person which helped a lot. Also, our floors look awesome so we're happy!

In July 2021, my house experienced a fire, and the fear at that time is still unforgettable. When we were most helpless, we met Darren Ho from All Perils Claims. After Darren learned about the cause and effect in detail and when he saw our panic, he also gave us great reassurance, and at the same time he told us that if we encounter troubles with neighbors , tell him directly, he will help us and neighbors solve any problem. His warm working attitude deeply moved us. We were relieved of our fears. In the process of coordinating with the insurance company Darren did his best to help us obtain assistance, so that we can rebuild our home smoothly. So far we cannot express our gratitude enough. Through this message, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Darren for his meticulous, professional and heart-warming work. Thanks to All Perils Claims and Darren for their support. Thank you Darren.

My house suffered a fire damage recently. This was a disaster. Fortunately, I had bought insurance and insurance company appointed All Perils Claims Inc. to Take care my claim. Although the renovation project had taken almost one and half year which caused me lots of inconvenience, however, Daren Ho( the adjustor) had assisted me to solve all problems while dealing with contractors. His performance and attitudes are very well. Now, the project was completely successfully. I would like to take this chance to show my appreciation to Darren Ho. Wish him have a bright future in his careers. 👏👍🏻😄

All of my past experiences with insurance have rather uncomfortable and honestly just annoying, most even left me mad that I have been paying it for years, When out basement flooded we lost many items that were hard to find or replace, the team at all perils claims were fast and efficient even finding replacement items we couldn’t seems to find ourselves.
My experience with this team left me feeling comfortable and confident that my insurance needs are covered.

Thank you Jamie! We appreciate business like yours that truly take there job and turn it into a passion!

I was quite happy with the service provided by AllPerils. As part our restoration we wanted to include some upgrades which understandably added a layer of complication for the restoration contractor. AllPeril's kept us well informed throughout the process and assisted in resolving the minor issues that arose between us and the contractor. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Worked with an adjuster at All Perils Claims.

My advice to All Perils would be to invest in customer service training for your employees, and to measure customer satisfaction with your service.

With respect to the claim process itself, it was simple and efficient. I didn't have a choice in the matter, as I was referred to them by the company from whom I purchase insurance. However, instructions were clear, communication was timely, and the issue resolved without much of a hitch.

Normally, that would be a four-star review. I would give five stars for *exceptional* service, but unfortunately, the adjuster missed out on that opportunity.

When I say "customer service", I am referring to two points.

The first is a congenial, friendly, and personable deportment. I tried to connect on a human level with the adjuster, but they didn't really seem to care. It appeared to be solely about the job. No effort to connect.

That's not a huge deal, as one isn't "paying" for friendliness and kindness, but it's what would have garnered a five-star review. And, by the looks of the other reviews, this company could frankly use it.

The reason I went to three-star wasn't because of this. It was because of a discussion I had with the adjuster in which I shared some details of my personal circumstances and they responded without empathy and with a rather patronizing comment.

Again, the claims part was fine. I feel lucky I didn't have a worse experience. But All Perils - you missed out on the opportunity to build customer loyalty here.

You totally have the potential to be a company that people refer to with delight - "Yeah, the issue really sucked, but the adjuster at All Perils was so amazing. He really helped me figure things out. I still remember him. I wonder how he's doing". Someone could mention your service any time he issue of insurance popped up. They could reccomend their friends and family and co-workers to contact you: "Oh, totally call All Perils. [Employee name] really helped me sort this issue out, I highly reccomend you call them".

Invest in customer service training. Everyone *thinks* they're empathetic and providing good customer service, which is a terrible (but thankfully, correctable) blind spot.

But, until you do, you'll just be another insurance company that people deal with because they have no choice. I will sadly, chiefly remember you for the comment made by your adjuster. I wish you well and I hope you heed this advice.

We had the most horrible experience dealing with one of their claim agents which I won't name but you know who you are. Our own insurance Square One had to outsource to All Perils because they were so overwhelmed with flood claims during Christmas. This agent at All Perils tried to tell us that we don't have coverage and made our life a living hell while we lived in a home that was flooded with our baby. I cried every night thinking of what to do and feeling like our own agent was against us. After making our lives miserable for 3 weeks we switched to another agent at our own insurance and the situation completely changed for the better. We didn't even know we have the option of switching agents but if someone is giving you a hard time please know that you can dump them for someone who is helpful!

So I have a water pipe burst on a Friday night, panic sets in. Water is gushing, it's a freaking water logged basement and it's Friday night!!!
I turn off the main and stop the water then call BCAA they turn me over to All Perils Scam Artist Inc, did you hear that sound in the background? "Da daa, da daa(Jaws theme music)!" So I talk to the adjuster Jas, he says call a plumber and get all that fixed before we do anything!!!!! Huh, that's not how insurance works??? I even spoke to president (elite)he personally called me a fraud. So I carry on, I do call the plumber, thinking why the hell did I pay for insurance?? But it's a terrible mess, I do, and pay for it out of my own pocket. This is where your insurance comes in, they will not even attend the scene. All Perils Scammers Inc, so they start to develop a perspective of I am frauding them, wait I paid money for a service and you're the fraud. I tell them the restoration company wants me to sign a doc making me solely responsible and not the insurance company. I will post the verbatim word for word below, this is a doc written in a very one way mentality which benefits the INSURER, they even highlighted these words. This doc says it needs a scope of work before it's signed by the owner but then they justify it with common sense. "...whether or not that work is covered by the OWNER's insurance policy..." so whatever is unknown or unseen and needs money is your responsibility to pay, which is on emergency time, Friday night leading into the weekend, before its done. The company you paid for insurance BCAA, All Perils Scam Artist Inc will not even come to help you. Instead they skirt the law so that they can make it look like you're a fraud, or a verbally assaulting madperson. The important fact is that they just usurped your money by denying your insurance. But the sadistic part is throwing you to the wolves and keeping you busy, so Monday morning if you signed the doc, you owe tens of thousands of dollars to their buddies, do they get a cut? That means the restoration company can put a lien against your property and cause you trouble, while All Perils Inc buys a new white suv. So I am a good hardworking person, of really mixed race like a custom Heinz ketchup, I pay to protect myself, my family house, and this happens. So what's the point of insurance.... The point of insurance is replacement of all damaged items or hardware, if they claim it's all your responsibility, then welcome to All Perils Scam. I think they tell you their intent in their name. You're gonna have all perils if you deal with BCAA and All Perils Scam Artists Inc.
I love all that read my stuff, I only want to help y'all. So I hope this helps you make an informed decision. I love ❤ u...!
Oh, it will cost less to put all back and change if u do it yourself. Dry with heater, humidifier, then vacuum, paint, coverstain, replace. All at a normal cost, not emergency Friday night.
You want your insurance adjuster Jas to bring you a hot blanket, a hot coffee, and a cheque at your time of need, these guys claim they are innocent and you're the devil, no judge, or jury, just arbitrary.

any person in law or with some common sense can tell you this contract is meant to screw you. Well i think of my kids and how this might effect them some day.

They say it is standard to sign a blank Scope of Work when the underwriting in the first paragraph reads as below...is only part of the doc its much worse. But this is all the time i have for these people
1. I/we (the "OWNER") or our appointed representative(s) authorize First Onsite Property Restoration ("First Onsite") or their representative(s) to perform all necessary actions or services as outlined in the "Scope of Work" above, whether or not that work is covered by the OWNER's insurance policy provided by the insurance company ("the INSURER") identified above. The OWNER understands that First Onsite is neither an employee nor a representative of the INSURER and this contract is between the OWNER and First Onsite.

All perils claims seem to be reasonably okay to deal with
but I'm trying to get payment for a claim and it's now being 6 weeks and I being told roughly maybe by the end of December I'll get a check and to me that seems two and a half months is totally unreasonable and even they said maybe.
I have put out money for flooring supplies labour and other things
I will update this as I proceed further on the claim and give an update.
So far not to impressed

Don’t trust Daren Ho...

I say this so others can be warned as I made this mistake.

Edit:
Despite the comment from the owner they were aware of our problems at the time and took months to resolve and was only resolved after receiving a letter from a law firm we had to acquire.
