I’ve used New Tech twice this week. First to diagnose issue on my fridge. Had to buy a new one. 😔. The second time to help me hook up the existing waterline as I didn’t feel confident in doing it myself. Two different techs, both came out the same day I called, both were really nice and helpful. I believe it was the owner that came out on the second call. He went above and beyond, went over different things about my new fridge with me. I really appreciated it. Prices were very reasonable. First thing I did when he left, texted all my friends that this is the new appliance repair company to use! Thank you for all your help and advice.

My old repairman has retired.Because of the good ratings I chose Newtech. I was pleasantly surprised with the fast service and Armans professionalism. Replacing my stove would have cost me a lot and Arman found the part and saved me some time and money as well. Will definitely use Newtech again in future.

Arman was a great service tech for our washer draining issue. He fixed our issue efficiently. He wasn’t pushy on replacing the parts which was appreciated but we decided to replace the pump as he had brought an extra with him and he was there. Thank you!

My washing machine had been giving me trouble for a while. After it died on me again, i decided to call Newtech Appliance Repair on recommendation by a friend, and Arman came in the very next morning to fix the machine within the hour! I was warned of a potential part replacement, which would drive the price of the service up significantly, but Arman was able to resolve the issue with the currently equipment. I highly recommend Newtech’s, and more specifically Arman’s service for his professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness to get the job done. 10/10

My washing machine was on the fritz and my clothes were stuck in there! I’m a renter and my landlord called Armin to come in and take a look. He was able to diagnose the issue and help me finally get the clothes out. He came with some recommendations for a replacement and once i got the new machine, him and his helper came in and installed it quickly.

Outstanding service and very reasonably priced. I have been using Newtech to repair my washer and dryer for years. They arrive right away, usually fix it right then and there and are very friendly. A big 5 stars!

Arman was wonderful came Introduced himself and identified the problem with ease.
He then part searched with the supplier and left to go pickup the part required. Upon returning he quickly got to work on repairing my GE washer and tested it before leaving our residence.

Very respectful and informative, completed the job on his birthday in a timely manner.

Amin and his team are very professional and helpful. They checked my washer and found out it was the drainage that had issues (not the washer) so they referred me to a plummer. During the process they also did preventive work on the washer to avoid future leakage. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend him to anyone that needs appliance repair.

Amin is always prompt with his service and knowledgeable about fixing appliances including proactive maintenance. We've used his services many times and he and his team have always been great. Quick response time and fair prices.

I called Newtech as I had a Jenn-Air dual range downdraft that would not reach temperature. The temperature sensor was replaced twice, the last time by me using one purchased over the internet as the manufacturer's part was not available for 3 months.

Amin and Shayan arrived as scheduled. I told them also that I had just purchased a new Maytag washing machine as ours continued to present error issues. Another company came awhile ago, said we needed a new part but they never came back so we thought we would just buy a new machine. The water tube in the back was clogged with dirt so they cleaned it, put it back together and it works fine. We cancelled the order on the new machine.

Then to the range. It was determined that he would replace the sensor with an OEM part and also replace the control panel. They sourced out the parts and were able to come back the same day and install both. The existing sensor had melted in the back of the oven (??) so Amin had to direct wire the new sensor it so it would work as designed (the plastic connection had melted). Most likely the part failed because it was not a OEM. I believe the control panel was never good from the start so replacing both was the right move.

The price to repair both appliances was more than fair. Amin and Shayan diagnosed the issues promptly and the two appliances now work as designed. They were both extreemly professsional, responsible and laid out the repair plans both appliances so that I could understand the problems.

I would have absolutely no problem recommending Newtech to all my friends in the area as well as in our complex. Outstanding company.
