Nancy Lam is an amazing Travel Agent. She listens carefully to your needs and your ideas. She then goes to work to provide excellent options. This is my second time purchasing my ticket through Marlin Travel City of Lougheed. (Teresa Misic). I found her very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all patient, as I always have questions and requirements while flying. And her kindness doesn't just stop after the purchase has been made. She lets me know if I have any questions / concerns after the purchase of the ticket has been made to contact her by email and she will get pack to me as quickly as possible. That to me is great customer service.

Bonnie helped me with my booking to France and she was so helpful! Very knowledgeable and patient as I had quite a few questions and needed to coordinate flights with other family members!! Everyone at the office was professional and happy to help if Bonnie was unavailable!

In addition, I have been purchasing my travel insurance from Nancy for years and the travel insurance company is quick to respond as I have had a few mishaps on my vacation. I have known Michelle Donders for awhile now but I am a person who had been booking trip online here and there, so I never really thought about working with a travel agent until my last trip to HongKong and Taiwan. 5 of us needed to arrive to both places at a concern time but departed from different city 🤦🏻‍♀, it was very difficult for me to organize the whole thing on my own. Thank goodness for Michelle, with her expertise she was able to book the flights for all of us, and made sure we all landed around the same time. 5 years ago Brydon Green helped me and my wife plan our destination wedding. She took care of a group of over 30 people and made everything so easy for us. She also took care of our honey moon. In October 2023 we joined Nancy’s 15 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. Nancy worked with Luy (Pan Asia Adventures) and put a lot of thought, time and effort into customizing a most interesting and exciting itinerary for all. She guided a group of 20 through Hanoi, Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap. It was a diverse itinerary rich in history and culture. During our trip we visited historical sites, were immersed in the local culture, cruised on the breathtaking Ha Long and Lan Ha Bays (2 nights), kayaked, biked and attended a cooking school plus much more. We lived well staying in excellent accommodations and eating the most amazing foods!!

We had the best time during this trip and can honestly say that there were all ups and no downs!!! At the end of each day we would talk about how wonderful the day was and eagerly looked forward to our new adventures the next day.

Nancy is a travel consultant & tour guide extraordinaire. She ensured that everyone was happy and well and having the best time possible.
