Pink Lotus Nails

I’ve been to this place a few times sporadically and always have a consistently positive experience, even while getting a different nail tech each time. After yesterday I decided to make this review as my expectations were exceeded and therefore I highly recommend the lady Celine for artistic design. She did these beautiful daisy summer nails with an original design she created, for my first time getting a dip manicure and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was so patient and accommodating with me and her intrinsic attention to detail was very reassuring; she wiped and redid the flowers several times because she mentioned she wanted it to look perfect! 🤞🔥👏 Quality and integrity is something that I truly value because it’s rare these days to find a person passionate about what they do and not willing to accept less than their personal best. Because the experience was so positive I have done a complete 180 on my stance on the value of my own DIY polish versus investing in the experience of a quality, professionally done powder manicure. She has a great eye for colour as well as she helped me pick the perfect shades that matched my vision but also complimented my skin tone.
The counter staff and nail techs are overall awesome company for a relaxing afternoon with their customer service, and very skilled at what they do. Even the other clients who came in, seemed to get a similarly pampering experience and their toes looked beautiful too. Personally I love the location as it’s convenient in the strip mall block close to restaurants/bank. And they were playing beloved 80s and 90s love tracks that you haven’t heard in years which honestly made the experience better lol. I thought the salon was clean and the chemical smells weren’t as overpowering or noticeable as other places where I’ve walked by and get those wafts of strong scents just from the open door….As a nail newbie I’ve only been to this salon in the Tri Cities but would highly recommend it WITHOUT HESITATION to anyone wanting a suggestion! You will leave with a fuller heart and a beautiful set of wearable art with any of their talented techs 🙏🔥 Thank you Celine and thank you ladies for your much appreciated services.

Went in for a fill, and she did a fantastic job. Ended with a little shoulder and neck massage!!! Cuticle oil and a warm cloth. Phenomenal!

This place is awesome! I haven't gotten my nails done this perfect in a while. I forgot my technicians name but she was the owner and since they were busy and she didn't want me to wait long, she did my nails. Ladies, you know how important filing is...NONE of my nails were crooked. Filed to perfection. I'm extremely happy with how they came out and the pricing is pretty good as well. They have tons of colors available, it's comfy and clean, and everyone is so nice. They really aim to provide a pleasant experience. This is my new nail spot!

I am a regular for mani/pedis and love it here! Great services and lovely ladies. They do a spectacular job every time. Will continue to support this great spa!

Was so happy with everything. Yvonne was the nail tech that I had. She is so nice, easy to talk to and did exactly what I asked for. I was so happy with the results. I also had my 2 daughters nails done and the nail polish is still on their nails almost a week later.

First of all, this is a small business that takes customer service seriously. That's rare nowadays! They really care about their customer's happiness and frequently have special offers to give back to them. I really love that. I haven't seen one special request that they haven't been able to accommodate yet. They are up to date on the newest trends and styles.

A LOT of nail places around here treat their customer's like a revolving door of cattle, they just want to get people in and out as fast as possible, but not this place. I really love that. As far as prices, they are very competitive with others in the area. I love the fact that I don't have to sacrifice quality of service for a cheap price. They are very good, and they treat their customers with reverence and respect. That's severely lacking with a lot of local nail salons

My first time here and I loved it!! It was really clean, tidy and spacious. There peaceful atmosphere made me feel so relaxed. The nail tech gave excellent attention to detail, really took her time and made me feel so pampered. Definitely will return.

I booked appointment for a new set of solar nails with shellac for my vacation. The girl did my nails was amazing. She really cared about my style and recommended me lot of new trend colors that they have. Highly recommend this place!!

Thank you Pink Lotus Nails! It was my daughter's 11th birthday, and today she had a social distancing celebration with herself and 4 friends. Pink Lotus Nails accommodated the 5 girls, (who all wore masks), and they were separated far enough from each other with plastic barriers between them. Very clean establishment, conscientious of the distancing rules regarding covid. The girls were required to wash their hands upon entering the salon, and all safety precautions were adhered to. Besides that, the staff were all patient and very friendly with the 5 girls. They didn't rush the pedicures, and also gave them nice nail art. All of the girls were happy and so was I! We will return. Thank you for a very nice experience!

PLN did my grad acrylics - they turned out perfectly. Not a simple design to do either. They looked sharp and very polished. Favourite nail place in Poco for sure.

The women were super sweet and kind.

The woman let me eat my a&w and went out of her way to adjust my massage chair and push the buttons for me while I stuffed my face with food lol

The nails were great! I got solar nails and a shellac pedi. I didn’t feel rushed. After she did my nails she gave me a hand massage and then a free back massage. (It was only a minute or so but it was the thought that counts)

I’ll definitely be coming back.

I love going to Pink Lotus for my mani pedi! The girls there are all very kind and hard working. They will do anything to make you happy! So many successful results, Ive had over a year of satisfaction thanks to these amazing girls! 🙌🏽🤍

Hannah does a great job on my nails..they last forever, she is kind and professional. I love the zen atmosphere and relaxing music they play here. It's super duper clean compared to other places. Always a wonderful way to unwind.

Went for a quick pedi with my daughter before a cruise. They were able to fit us in the same day at a time that fit our schedule. Location was clean and well appointed. Nail technicians worked very exact and to the point, not a lot of chit chat which I actually appreciated. It's been a month all nails are still in tact and looking fantastic - both mine and my daughter's. Would definitely recommend!

I found Pink Lotus nails on Google so thought it was time to return the favour and add another 5 star review so someone else can enjoy their nails like I do now!!
I used to live nearby but have since moved to Port Moody and still come back here because I haven't found anywhere else that's like Pink Lotus.
My nails get super brittle in the winter and bend and crack so the gel lets me keep the length!I have sensitive hands and I've never had issues with any of the products they use or anyone being rough with my hands/nails and am always super happy with my nail shape as well!
Recently I've had Zena doing my nails and I've loved them- but I've had my nails done by other people before and they were great too! If you want pretty nails in a calm little spot then definitely go here.

This is my first visit.it is all clean but that is understandable since they only opened in April 2017. They have very nice quality pedicure chairs. The staff is friendly enough, but a little aloof. They need to interact a little more with a little bit of small talk to make you feel comfortable. The work is good. I'll need to see how long it all lasts.

I always go here for my pedicure. I have some serious ingrown toenails and they always fix them for me. Helen is very nice and the customer service is good. I only get pedicures so can’t comment on fingernails. The price is good and they always take their time.

For the longest time I hopped nail salons trying to find one that had good quality and consistent work. When I finally tried Pink Lotus, I was hooked! I've been multiple times now, always as a walk-in and been with different techs each time. They all have done great jobs and I will continue coming over and over again!
