I had a flood from the roof, it flooded upstairs and downstairs.
Ocean Pacific , Brandon was amazing. His total crew was so professional, polite and particular about making everything was done perfectly.
I would definitely go to them for any renovations I would need in the future and recommend them 💯

When our flood first happened, we called the first vendor on Google. They put some fans in our home & that was about it. We decided to call Ocean Pacific & switch over after nearly a month of little communication & zero action. It was our best decision as we ended up receiving excellent service from Brandon & the Ocean Pacific team as a whole. Brandon made things happen so much faster & was very communicative throughout, even though it was an extremely busy season for them. The flooring vendor they use is top notch & very helpful, & the workers were very respectful of our belongings & our home. We are very particular of our items & were worried about certain pieces getting ruined, but I’m happy to report that all my favourite furniture was properly protected from rips & scratches. This was an extremely stressful experience & Brandon made us feel a bit more at ease knowing we had timely service & quality professionals taking care of us. I am now back in my home & am excited to say that my place looks just like I left it. Don’t waste your time like we did, go straight to the good guys. Highly recommend.

After suffering significant water damage to our house, our insurance company sent out Ocean Pacific to do an initial assessment. We ended up working with Ocean Pacific to manage all the demolition and repairs and we were extremely pleased. Brandon was on top of everything and managed our expectations well during this complicated process. He stayed in constant communication with us with regards to the progress of our claim as well as the timing of all the work to be done.
On top of that, the Ocean Pacific crew were very professional, efficient and respectful of our space, and were also friendly to my two toddlers that would occasionally pop in to see what they were doing :).

I was thoroughly impressed by the Ocean Pacific team as they went about repairing considerable damage to a house.

I had some trepidation going into the renovation process - some pipes burst in a cold snap that had affected hundreds of others in the area and it was clear there was a large sudden demand for construction and renovation contractors.
Brandon and his team were up to the task! Work was scheduled at a reasonable pace and when the inevitable hiccups occurred, Brandon communicated any issue along with how it was going to be resolved. The quality of the work was high and the various team members who came by were professional and courteous.

The experience far exceeded my expectations and I don't hesitate to recommend OP.

We unfortunately had a bad flood in our basement and when we called our insurance agent they dispatched Ocean Pacific Restoration to start the clean up.
Brandon was quick to respond, professional and communicated well from the very start. He was quick to arrive and to assess the situation. He also checked all the damaged items thoroughly to make sure they were all documented and relayed the information to our insurance adjuster. He then quickly coordinated his crew to remove all the soaking wet carpet and underlay, contents, water logged drywall, and damaged furniture.
Before we knew it the basement was full of heaters/blowers and dehumidifiers to start the drying process.
Ocean's crew were great. They were polite, courteous, and very respectful of us and my elderly Father. When the time came for Brandon's outside subtrades to come in they also mirrored the professionalism of Ocean's employees.
As anyone who has experienced a flood or damage knows, it can be very stressful and overwhelming but Brandon and his crew took care of all the details and always kept in touch with us on the repair schedule dates and the ongoing progress.
Brandon was very thoughtful and took care of all the small details that we may have and did overlook.

After the repairs were done he personally did a walk through to check for any deficiencies.

My dishwasher had a leak and my insurance company sent out Ocean Pacific. Brandon got in contact the same day and he made the process for the restoration so easy I can only say a big Thank you. Everyone that was involved with the restoration were reliable and professional. They came when the said they would and the timeline that was provided was followed, even with road and weather conditions. Thank you to Brandon and the crew for a job well done.

Brandon and the whole team at Ocean Pacific Restoration were excellent to deal with during our unplanned flooring replacement after a bathroom flood. They coordinated the required demolition and remediation promptly, communicated clearly, and were flexible to make sure the project turned out the way we wanted. The process of moving our possessions out and then in again around the flooring replacement proved them to be careful and hard-working. In the one case where an item was damaged, they took full responsibility for repairing it without any haggling or argument - they really couldn't have been more professional. While I hope to never again have a major insurance claim, if it happens I hope Ocean Pacific will be there to help us clean up the mess.

It was a really smooth and efficient experience for renovating my bathroom. All thanks to Brandon the project manager, was amazing with his coordination. The team Guy and Matt for demolition, it was a clean and neat process, and Lam for replacing the all new parts and paint with hardly or little instructions. They all knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you all, I was fortunate to meet you all 🙏

We had a water line break in our laundry room and Brandon and his team were over fast with dryers and dehumidifiers. The crew that cleared the room, the person that replaced the flooring, the carpenter that did the repairs and painting and the crew that put everything back did an excellent job! My wife and I couldn't be any happier!

This company is great. They do all the work and they do an amazing job as well.

Had brandon as the project manager and he was great. He stuck to deadlines and most importantly he kept us informed. We felt like they were really working for us and not just working with the insurance company. All the people who were doing work were very professional. I highly recommend Ocean Pacific Restoration and if you get a choice make sure to request Brandon to be your project manager!

Brandon was my project manager for the flood that happened in my home. He was very organize, responsive and reliable throughout the whole project. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Our entire basement was flooded when a drain backed up. The insurance company recommended Ocean Pacific. The Project Manager came to the site with in an hour on Labour day and the crews followed right after.
The demo was done in a timely and professional manner, communication with the PM was fantastic and overall had a very good experience.
