AS FOR THE GUYS DEALER COMMENT THE DEALER QUOTED ME 15,000.00 JUST FOR PARTS AND REFUSED TO QUOTE THE LABOR WHICH IS $130.00 PER HOUR - MERIK WENT FAR BEYOND THE WORK THAT THEY WERE QUOTING AND THE WHOLE BILL WAS JUST OVER $5000.00 ALL INCLUDED - AGAIN THANKS MERIK AND ALENA

I WILL BE BACK WHEN YOU GET THE BACK ORDERED MINOR PARTS TO FIX THE SUSPENSION CLUNK SOMETHING THAT THE OTHER SHOPS COULD NOT FIND BUT YOU KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT IT WAS.

Service and maintenance at German Star Motors has been excellent for over 15 years. I have had three Mercedes cars over this period. The owner's take pride in providing high standard of service. I found the owner very professional and cost of service is very competitive. German Star Motors would be highly recommended for mechanical, body repairs and regular maintenance.

Very honest and professional service. I am so glad that I have "discovered" them as they specialize in Mercedes. My 2013 ML 350 was rebuilt from salvage so very tricky to fix once something goes wrong. Other mechanics could not find the reason behind "check engine" light, and other problems that were surfacing here and there. Eventually Mirek and Alena from German Star Motors fixed all issues and my car runs as new! By the way they work and talk you can see that Mercedes is their passion. If you want the best service where there is no "quick fixes with cheap parts that break fast" but solid and professional repair I highly recommend German Star Motors.

i no longer deal with the Mercedes Benz dealership in Vancouver after having both of my Mercedes serviced at German Star Motors in Poco. The servicing by far exceeds the dealership, and i have found it too be much more economical. i highly recommend to anyone that looks after, and treasures their car as much as i do mine.

They went above and beyond in service. They came to my home, started my car, took it to the shop and analyzed it for a day to troubleshoot. Anytime, I have an issue they are right there and quick to respond. They provide amazing customer service and workmanship.

Great service and even better owners. They were very professional and well at communication with my needs for my ML350. Will definitely go back as needed.

Nice couple, knowledgeable

Worst place to deal with. Charged me 200 over quoted price the wife and husband who work there argued with me trying to charge me extra for nothing. Then made racist remarks before I paid. Never go here they’re psychos.

My daughter and I went by because she booked an appt with them, when we got there the wife said we don’t normally work on B200’s. The husband then came out and insulted my daughter by telling her how dirty the interior of the car was and that normally Mercedes drivers are cleaner than that. Then he opened the hood and said the engine was dirty and that he would not work on it unless he did an engine clean for $80. My daughter then said would a dirty engine affect the transmission service as that’s why we were there, his reply was “take the car somewhere else as I don’t wanna work on it now. Both people are elitists and prima donnas. Do not go there!

I have serviced my vehicle a few times here. Just to let you know that they are almost as expensive as the dealer. However, I like to support local business. My vehicle needed a major over haul on my engine to replace leaking seals and the shop said that they could not fit me in for a few months. I needed this fixed right away so I went to the dealer to get this repaired. I called today to get my B service done and wanted them to do the work. The lady Elena said they don't want my business because I did not do the major seal service from them and was extremely rude.

Mike is an ABSOLUTE criminal. He is a thief and no one should trust him with their car. He charged me $800 for a 15 min. job. He had all sorts of lies to justify the time. I took the car to Mercedes Langley and they said they would have charged me for 1 hour for this job.

PLEASE, PLEASE do not take your car to German Star, the dealership is a much cheaper, safer option.

I was sent by Meadowtown Collision to German Star Motors Ltd to do a check up on my Mercedes. I was immediately told to write my information and made me sign a waver immediately in order to proceed. Repairs were done without my consent and my request for an estimate was ignored in an hour, charging me $550 for a 3ft air tube connection to an air pump that was "leaky." Furthermore they charged $450 for transmission fluid. They filled up my repair bill and stated I was legally obligated to pay despite my desire for an estimate. Anyone who is going to this repair shop, be warned about the mechanics trapping you for unnecessary car repairs, don't sign anything until you have your estimates.

I took my car for oil change there!!
The day after reminder shows there is no enough oil in the engine!!!
After I call them and took the car the owner showed me attitude not to bring your car here any more!!!!! I never ever recommend German star motor to any body any time , I would perefer to take my car to Mercedes Benz dealership than bring there period!!!!' Worst customer service
