I ordered 3 e46 manual swap kits to Portland Oregon and the product I received was top tier. From packing to the actual parts provided I am very satisfied and will use prestige auto parts again.

Unlike other manual swap kits one might purchase, Keegan’s came with shift boots, shifter assemblies, plastic shift surround pieces with window switches, plastic kick panels, flywheels, all hardware and even the sheet metal that needs to be welded in for the shifter carrier bushing.

From Keegan’s prompt replies and thorough business practices I would highly recommend prestige auto parts to a family member or friend and I will be using them in the future. Shipping prices are extremely competitive and timely. I genuinely cannot think of one thing that could be improved on. Bought Some Suspension Components from Them and Had To Cut A Bolt When Removing Old Suspension from Car. Came back to ask if they had a similar bolt and Keegan helped me with finding one. Great Place with Great People.

Picked up a big brake conversion from them. Fair prices, great quality. These guys go above and beyond. Set was missing two bolts but they ordered me two new ones from the dealer without even asking.

Had some issues finding a few parts for my M3. I called in and talked to i think his name was "Josh". He was super knowlegable and had both parts I was looking for. I found the customer service was awesome and he even took the time to answer a few questions for me. If your looking for a BMW part I would use prestige again.

Bought a right side pillar molding for our Mini Cooper from Prestige and it turned out to be the wrong one. Wrote them about the issue, sent a picture of the left side pillar for reference, and they immediately found the correct pillar and shipped it out at no cost to me. Received it in only a couple days and it fit perfectly. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely buy from them again.
