Rav Lyall (Denturist) continues to exceed my expectations while he works on my grandmother's dentures. Here are the reasons why:

1) Rav will only stop once his patients are delighted with the fit and comfort of their dentures. While some issues are beyond his control (my grandmother has many health issues which may impact her comfort), Rav will work diligently through multiple appointments if need be to make things right.

2) When issues are complex, Rav will take the initiative and have his office contact my grandmother directly to see how her dentures are fitting and if they are comfortable. If issues are still present, Rav will see my grandmother promptly.

3) Rav's chair-side manner is always professional.

4) Prices are reasonable and based upon B.C. Provincial Recommendations.

I had a replacement upper partial denture done by Rav. Prior to going to him my dentist tried however it made me speak with a lisp. Since that did not work out for me I decided to try a denturist and the outcome of that was much worst. I spoke with a lisp and the dentures made my gums hurt. They were so uncomfortable I went back to her to let her know however she told me I had to get use to it. I did not want to get use to it so I requested a refund which she honoured.

My dentist gave me a referral to Burke Mountain Dentures and I was introduced to Rav. He listened to my concerns I had from my 2 previous fittings. I told him my current dentures are comfortable however they are old and need replacing. Rav is a perfectionist and made sure my new dentures fit nicely and were comfortable. They are so comfortable I don't even know I am wearing dentures.

If you are looking for someone to make you dentures Rav is the person for you. He addresses all your concerns. He listens, he is polite, he is kind and his is so professional. He won't let you leave the office unless your dentures fit and are comfortable.

Dr Rav is professional and patient. My 92 year old mother is extremely nervous and has very sensitive gums. Dr Rav put in so much time and effort to adjust her denture to the best fit for her. Seeing her being able to get used to wearing a denture and eating better now is like a miracle. Thank you Dr Rav!

My father made his new denture here recently. He was given 3 options. He chose to do only the upper half. Jude was super patient, made multiple tiny adjustments based on dad's use and experience. Dad is very happy with the result. We highly recommend this clinic.

Ten years ago I was referred to Burke Mountain denture clinic by my Dentist and Rav took his time and prepared me for my first Dentures. During the process he made sure that I got the best and most comfortable fit that was possible. The fit was so good that none of my friends realized that I was wearing Dentures. Recently I had a new set of Dentures made and these have outdone the first set. They boast bottom plate with SUCTION and I can tell you that I am extremely satisfied with the performance of these new Dentures especially when eating. The fact that I can bite and chew without fear of dislodging. I would recommend Burke mountain to anyone because I know they will get the best service and the best fitting dentures possible.

About a year ago, I had a partial denture made by Dr. Rav. I found his office by searching on Google a denturist close to me. I was very skeptical as I was making the first appointment because of a previous awful experience I had with a denture made at a dental office. From the first consultation, Dr. Rav proved me that he is just different. Very professional and sympathetic, listened to all my concerns and showed that he cares. He is also extremely patient (I`m not a comfortable patient) and very meticulous in his work. Because of the on-site laboratory, he could easily make all the adjustments needed, to assure a perfect fit. He uses high-quality materials and explains everything he does all along the way. In no time, I had the perfect partial. It fits perfectly and it looks no different than my real teeth. I would recommend everyone who needs the services that Dr. Rav offers not to look anywhere else and definitely not to do a denture with a regular dentist. Dr. Rav is absolutely the only denturist I would recommend with no hesitation. His entire staff will deliver the best customer service and will make sure you leave the office 100% satisfied. I would like too make a shout out to Burke Mountain Denture. They have gone out of their way and beyond. During this pandemic they made my mother dentures! Such a great job, well done! These are precession dentures. She had surgery last year. Added bone as it was deteriorated over time. As the Dentures were never made correct in the first place. Let me just say this is the first time she has ever had the best fitting dentures ever. So this means that they have gone out of their way to make the precise job. I have never seen the Dentures to use measuring devices as I've seen him perform. You won't be well impressed with the Precision dentures that you will receive from Burke Mountain denture. All I can say is my mother is well well impressed with his overall outcome and she will definitely be back.

Gentle, caring, professional and quality. I came in for a replacement denture flipper for my two front teeth. Rav was able to provide me with a smile that was natural and genuine to my face. I get compliments all the time on the natural look. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the modern looking clinic as well.

At the consult my concerns and needs were professionally explained.
