Dr Baharloo has been my dentist for over a decade. She's such a caring and loving dr that always surpasses my expectations 💖. I have learned a lot from her, these years. On my last visit, few weeks ago, she spent a long time showing me how to massage my inner jaw muscle to decrease the pain in my jaw and ear.

As a person who hates dentists-- this whole office makes you feel like part of the family! The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The dental care for each patient is considered important and individual needs are thoughtfully implemented. Dr. Baharloo is genuinely friendly as if I was a
neighbor and make me feel totally comfortable and relaxed..My hygienist is awesome, too! Service and treatment received are always of the highest standard. Love this place!

My previous dental experience at Coquitlam centre dental was embarrassing, horrendous and unprofessional. I was in search of a new dentist when a friend recommend me to Dr. Baharloo at ARC Dental group. I was nervous going to see a dentist since my last experience but the minute I walked into the clinic I know this was going to be a positive experience.

The receptionist staff Emily and Amy are very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is comforting and made me feel relaxed.

The front staff knew I was nervous and I shared my past experience with them. They where shocked by my story and promised me I was in good hands.

When I was filling out the new patient form the front desk staff Emily was very helpful. Once the dental assistant called me into the back she was also super friendly and sweet. I immediately felt welcomed.

When I saw the dental chair I was pleasantly surprised because they had their computer in front of you for you to view. I have never had a dentist show and explain to me my x-Ray photos and go though it with me. This was the most educational experience I have ever had at a dentist clinic. Dr. Baharloo went over with me, one by one each teeth and explained to me everything! She was very honest, respectful, kind and trusting!

I have never felt this safe and welcomed at a dentist in my whole life. Dr Baharloo and staff care deeply about their patients and it shows through the amazing hard and care work they put in the details.

I’ve been seeing Dr B for about 6 years and I couldn’t be happier! Both of my children go to her and they adore her. Making sure my kids aren’t afraid of the dentist was important to me and we definitely achieved that at ARC dental! Her and her staff are patient and gentle With both children and adults. This was my local dentist for many years until I moved recently. All the staff was very friendly and appointments were always on time. Dr. Baharloo was very pleasant to deal with and Claudia the Hygienist always did a great job. They have gone out of their way to help solve a few issues I had and I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Very pleasant indeed! Dr. Baharloo is a great doctor who listens to the patients and takes care of them with great attention.She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found her to be very professional and truly caring.

Also she is very caring and understanding towards children. My daughter was very scared of dentists to begin with. But she took the time to talk to her through the procedures and calm her down. Living in greater Vancouver area, it was extremely difficult finding a good long-term dentist until I met Dr. Barharloo. As a person who requires more frequent than normal appointments for cleaning etc. due to my gum issues, I have been visiting this office every 3 months the for last 15 years. I have always found Dr. Baharloo and her team, in particular her hygienist ,Claudia, to be quick yet precise in their work. Their booking appointment is easy and straight forward and they always book my appointment the way that works perfect with my work schedule.
Most important of all, however, they treat every single of their patients with respect and giving them the attention and the time that they need. I strongly ARC Dental Group.

I am not a costumer at Arc Dental but I experienced the high professionalism through my boyfriends appointments that I attended. Despite him being anxious and sometimes stubborn about the needles, Dr.Baharloo and her assistant continued to stay calm and patient and provided their excellent services by giving him time to breathe, giving great advice and relating to him to make him feel more comfortable. I used to see a Dentist in Maple Ridge that I had a couple of traumatic experiences with. I was untrusting and fearful of dentists after that, until I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Mozhgan (Megan) Baharloo about 15 years ago. Right away I felt at ease from the office staff and dental assistant and hygienist, but especially from Dr. Baharloo. Since day 1
I have felt like I was part of the family at ARC Dental Group;. Dr. Baharloo has the most incredible gentle caring manner and treats all of her patients like they are people, not just her patients. She actually genuinely cares for her patients a lot, so do the other dental staff and office staff, they converse with me on each visit I have, asking me what's happening in my life, how I am doing, listening to my story, sharing stories of their lives a bit. I have never felt so comfortable, relaxed, happy, and safe at a dentist office before as I feel with Dr. Baharloo's Office at ARC Dental. Dr. Baharloo has even gone above and beyond for me a number of times and tried to advocate for me with my insurance company in order for me to receive a night guard. She has helped me immensely at times to make arrangements when I was not able to afford a prescribed procedure that was not fully covered as well. I have recommended Dr. Baharloo to many of my friends and will continue to do so. I do not plan on ever leaving ARC Dental as a patient, I love Dr. Baharloo and all the staff there and am so grateful to have them as my dental professionals, who have become more like friends/family to me. I highly recommend going to this dental clinic, you will be pleasantly surprised at the outstanding exceptional caring friendly service and excellent professional dental care you will receive.:)

I spent a large portion of my adult life with missing teeth and toothaches due to a fear of dentists. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Baharloo and shared my fears with her. I started with a simple cleaning and felt very happy with her wonderful team. That was about 15 years ago.
