I have used Chris to buy and sell a property in Poco and Pitt Meadows . He is always patient , knowledgeable, and very experienced in the real estate market. We were unsure if we could sell then buy and he sat down with us to re assure that it was possible for the upgrade and has helpful tips in getting our townhouse ready for a sale .

Nick was super helpful in making this a very successful and efficient buy and sell process for me. I got my new apartment, practically dream apartment for under ask and got my current apartment sold with multiple offers over ask in 5 days. If you're in need of a realtor, you should give Chris Ackerman a call. We used him for both the sale of our townhouse and for help in buying a new house. When we were looking for a new home to buy, Chris' advice was superb. He gave us space to take the time to look at each home but also gave great insight and pointed out things about the home that we might not have noticed.

As for the sale of our townhouse, despite it being a clear buyer's market, we were able to sell our place within a few days of it being listed. Better yet, we sold at a price that was higher than we'd originally hoped to get. Much of that had to do with Chris' advice throughout the negotiations and his ability to negotiate aggressively with the buyers.
