Come on my Poco people. We all know this store beats walmart safeway and all those big chain stores. I love the small little town feel of this market and the people are just amazing. If you want to go to a place were we all feel at home just go visit Poco Fresh and you will forget about the walmarts and the superstores that are pushing these little markets out of the way . Thank you to the owner of this market for thinking about Us, people like me that don't have much money. Im actually HOMELESS and this place helps me eat every day because i can actually affors the black forest ham. Its never over $2 per 100 grams. I can buy bread and ham for under 5$ and male enough sandwiches for couple days

It's a nice small town-ish grocery store. They have everything you need, prices are reasonable, nice staff. And their meat department is great. Really nice prepped marinades. Their ground beef, chicken, etc., is really great. Competitor's grind is like worms or paste. Not here, it's perfect for patties, stews, sauces, loaf.

I recently had a problem with a product I purchased. Didn’t notice until I got home. Stupid me I didn’t take the receipt after the payment went through. Figured I was out of luck. I called and asked about exchanging it and I didn’t take my receipt. I live on the other side of Poco so it’s a long trip for nothing if they didn’t. Said bring it in. Exchanged it no hassle at all.

Another great thing about this store is the individual portions of packaged foods like single chicken breast or pork chop. Great for the bachelor or some one not looking to over consume. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been good.

My go to spot. More expensive but for the cost to go somewhere else , it balance out

I can't say enough about Freshmart. It has been and still is a corner stone for local residents for many years. They're very well run, have fantastic staff and continue to rise about the large conglomerate competition. Keep up the great selection and excellent customer service!!!👍😕👍

friendly helpful staff, their own excellent meat dept, & good selection for a smaller store, support local !! & reusable bags for 25¢!!

Love this little family run grocery store, a Southside poco gem. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great deals on food if you catch them before the rest of poco does. Keep up the fantastic work

This is one of my favourite grocery stores to go to in Port Coquitlam people are always friendly and it's never too busy and I always manage to get what I want great service
