Just to make things clear!
My review is based on my second visit to this store, I have been there four times, and still have the same opinion!!
I understand is not for everyone. Every head is a world!

Shiny floors!!!!
I am so happy about this Save-on Foods, and not only because is a few blocks from where I live, but because they have a huge selections of everything, specially organics ingredientes. I Usually buy my veggies at Whole Foods or Spuds (which I am very disappointed) that’s another story.
Here at this Save-On all the fruits and Vegetables look so fresh, first quality!! I really hope they keep it that way and not only because is a new store.
All the employees that work there are very polite, with a smile on their face or asking if you are looking for something.
Also I Have to say, fresh and yummy selection of fish, seafood and meat uff I really wanted to buy each of everything on the counter.
I just really hope they will have fresh squeezed Orange Juice. That’s the only thing that I missed.

My family is visiting this store time to time and we are enjoying the variety of foods and no-plastic options. I usually buy here green buckweed, pink Himalayan salt, different nuts and dried fruits, fresh veggies and herbs. Also, they have great choice of plants and some seasonal gifts, what makes this store a perfect place to catch for a last-minute gifts searching.

I’ve lived in the RiverDistrict now for 2 years. SavonFoods is our go to. I had a remarkable experience with a helper named Shrey that needs to be mentioned. I asked the gentleman if he could check for me in the back for goats milk. Along with his sweet nature he searched the back for me and came up empty. As I was leaving the store , he came running up to me with goats milk.
Considering now that I didn’t have to make another drive to the other Savon .. may not seem like a big deal to anyone else but wow ‼ 🤩 Thankyou Shrey.

No crowd. Clean store. Staff a bit slow on the customer service front desk, hardly anybody there. Good choice of barbeque stuff in the back they got skewers and wings and steak.

I'm uncertain about the spelling—Wissam or Wessam—but he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the products and provided excellent customer service. I hope this message reaches him.

I’ve recently been to the store for the first time. The customer service is great. customer service representative Emma, went above and beyond to help me save more money on my purchases. Their self checkout had some issue but Emma made sure that I had a pleasant experience shopping at save on food-River district.

Big Thanks to Store Manager, Mark for resolving a $25 My Offers overcharged caused by the SOF at Market Crossing cashier. In addition, he went out of his way to provide added customer service.

A great addition to the neighborhood and love that’s it’s walking distance.
The bakery and deli have always accommodated last minute orders for family occasions.
The staff are friendly and will always help you navigate through the aisles to find what you need and the store is always well stocked.

Clean and well stocked Save on. Staff are friendly and really try their best to help you. Regular pricing is usually higher than Superstore or other competitors but overall the quality is good. If they had more Asian groceries that would be great. If you keep an eye out for the weekly sales items and load your offers the prices are more reasonable and in line with everywhere else. I especially like their weekly happy hour specials (50% off fresh/ready-to-cook sausage, wings and kabobs) at the meat counter. It's great having a grocery store in the neighbourhood and I appreciate their casual dining area which even has TVs and power outlets for your laptops. I wish they had more options for cooked food and drinks, starting with proper coffee and better bakery options. Overall I am thrilled to have a grocery store within walking distance at last!

Very modern nicely designed store. Helpful staff, Good selection of food. Excellent Deli with generous portions on Chicken and Potato Wedgies.
Easy to shop at as it's not crowded.
The large salad special with 3 different kind of prepared Salad is good value at $12.95.

Very nice, clean store and not too many people. Produce looks great too.

Small but has enough things that you need for small grocery runs

Such a lovely square! The cleanest and most organized Save On that I have ever been to. Felt like the Whole Foods version of Save On Foods stores. Great Location, not a lot of people on a Saturday night. COVID safe. Great selection of products! This will be my new spot for groceries.

Great place to shop! Always calm and quiet, never too crowded like other super markets such as superstore!
Join the More Rewards program and pay "card" prices rather than full prices on store, it's a great way to save a few dollars. Most bi-weekly shops I usually save $10-$15 due to having a More Rewarda card. Also, you can redeem points to get items free if they are on special for redemption! Another bonus is that they also deliver 🙌😊

They have the friendliest and most welcoming staff of anywhere I've ever shopped. 5 yes count that five staff said hello and good morning within the first few minutes of entering the the store. Feeling very impressed

Very nice new grocery store in the River District. Has free underground parking and a cafe that serves hot and cold lunches at reasonable prices and has lots of seating. It's very busy during lunch. It is a large store with lots of variety, typical of new Save-On as stores.

Large and spacious with wonderful fresh produce. This is the one place I can find Fentiman's ginger beer. The floral section is always a visual delight. Vibrant colors and varied plants to lift your spirits in these grey, covid times. The seafood delicatessen is a seafood lovers dream. Only complaint is the pork and beef are insane expensive. Aside from that this is a great place for your shopping experience.

I was so glad that not only did a grocery store open in the neigborhood, but this Save On, may be the cleanest, most organized and friendliest Save on i have shopped in.
The Staff are very nice and friendly, someone always goes out of their way to acknowledge me when I am there. The aisles are so well organized, it brings my OCD heart so much joy.
I love the wing bar, this has been so bad for my wallet and waist line, but I just can't help myself. The honey garlic wings and sweet thai chili are something special.
Keep it up team!

It's a decent store. It's nearby my place staff are amazing. It's pretty clean and organized. Occasionally they will run out of stuff but they have various options.
