Oct 12th 2022 Around 1:30ish My niece, father and I had lunch. The waitress was WONDERFUL her name is Jaydin she complimented me on my Pokémon wallet. Her attitude was very sweet and very attentive. I suggest to Give her a raise! 😊
The food was delicious and the atmosphere felt very calming. Thank you for the awesome service!

The staff is friendly and funny. The food is the same great quality as in any BP’s across the country.

I've not really been to BP that much but I thoroughly enjoyed the take-out order of "Hungry Canivore" pasta menu that I got at this location. I will definitely take my son, who happens to be very pasta-phillic to try it out when I get back home in Calgary.

I’ve always had a great experience here. Yesterday was my daughters 4th birthday and all the staff went above and beyond for her!!! They made her feel so special in everything they did. The service is always wonderful and the food tastes good and is always consistent! I love the menu and accommodations they have for kids! There are so many options and they always have clean high chairs and booster seats. This is our go to place!!

I have been here many times, but this time was the best. The food was great, but the service was even better. Shaylee was helpful, patient and I never waited for a refill. Then another server Delaney cleaned up the mess. I will definitely be back.

Last night I took a night off from life and enjoyed some drinks with friends in the lounge. I had had a really crappy day and was looking forward to unwinding. When I walked in I was greeted right away by Jacinta which already made the night better. Her service was prompt and she was so fun to chat with. She checked our table just enough to make sure the drinks were full, but not too much to be annoying and rude. She even managed to upsell us on some DELICIOUS boneless wings. By the end of the night, my mood had lifted and I was having a great night. Unfortunately, I had a few too many and couldn't drive home. Jacinta had no problem ordering us a cab and ensuring we made it home safely. I will definitely be visiting the lounge again when she is on shift.

Always such a fantastic experience!! Karlee R was our server last visit and she was awesome, totally made my kids night.

Had a fantastic experience while dining with my family at Boston Pizza. Very friendly staff, food was excellent. The manager on shift Devon, came by our table to make sure everything was to our liking and ended up receiving a hi 5 from our 5 year old son. Great restaurant with amazing staff.

Always a friendly place to have a delicious meal. I usually go to the sport bar side. Service is as good as it could be. It was especially nice and unexpected to have a bilingual service as well! Two thumbs up for Émilie and Latisha!!

Got takeout delivery, and it was still hot which was nice. The lady on the phone was very polite and the delivery man was friendly and got to my house in a fair amount of time. Definitely a pleasant first experience ordering from here.

I love going to Boston Pizza Lac La Biche to see all the friendly faces and good tasting food. They have been very helpful in multiple different occasions when is comes to birthdays, nights out, dieting or desserts. It really makes our little community more lively!

Very friendly and attentive staff. The pizza was very good and the beer was cold. There were plenty of tv's playing sports so you won't miss the game.
