La patate des Outaouais

The portion is huge. The club sandwich is yummy. The view is nice. The price is right. Not bad at all for the area where there are no other public place to eat. Very satisfied.

Wow best burger i have had in a long time. Fries to perfection i ordered a double burger well it was a bigmac style burger not just 2 patties thrown toguether. Even the box it came in was solid the fries given was more then plentifull tasted great. I spoke to the owner told him congrads on the food. He told me he buys only the best. Well you can see he does his best. I ride my bike often in the area with the park close and the dam there is plenty to see. Again you drive or ride by this place its worth the stop.

Amazing place. Best burger I've had in a very long time. Fries were also delish! So much food for such a great price. Great location close to the water for a good walk/cycle. And the seating area they have open (with Covid safety in mind) is great! Definitely returning customers!

A biker friend of mine led a small group of us along highway #344, with plans to stop at the Casse-Croûte Carillon ... she raved about this place. We were not disappointed! The service, food and prices were great. There are picnic tables outdoors for those who wish to dine alfresco. Lots of parking in the back. The restaurant is located a very short walk from the Ottawa River, where you have a great view of the Carillon Generating Station, and there is a picturesque church next door. Highway #344 is a great road to go motorbiking on, and this restaurant a great place to stop and relax.

Excellent cycling destination before crossing the Ottawa River on the Carillon ferry. Check the sizes out before ordering it you'll end up with too much! Flavorful potatoes, cooked to perfection
