Well-organized and almost all what you need is there

A full-size store conveniently located at the business and shopping stretch right at the exit off A-50, easily accessible. The stuff is welcoming and listening to your needs, trying to accommodate your urgent requests. Clean and well maintained old-fashioned washroom. COVID measures are respected, too!

The staff is soooo nice !! Makes no sense !! I was in a rush. I found everything so fast. They knew where everything was at. The cash, same story, super sweet, super quick !! I went there on a Sunday morning and everyone seemed to be so happy to be there !! Good freaking ambiance !! This is awesome !!

I went to check the flower basket's. I found 2 beautiful one's, for a great price. It's still early in the season but sometimes you can get a good deal. We had to pay inside due to the late hour. But other than that good service.

From my experiences at this store, here is my honest opinion. Just brought my truck to them last week because it wouldn't start. They were honest with me and said they didn't have time to look at it til wednesday or friday. I brought it to them monday anyways. The truck went inside the garage friday afternoon, like they told me, and monday afternoon I got a call that it was fixed. They certainly didn't over charge me like some canadian tire stores do and the truck ran like new. When I went to get the bill to pay them, I waited at an empty counter for around 15 minutes. Some times when I go there it's hard to find an employee to ask for assistance but when you see one they are very polite and helpful. At other canadian tire stores there are employees in back ailes playing with their phones, but not in Lachute. It's almost impossible to have a perfect store with perfect employees. I have been in a lot of canadian tire stores for many years and this one is one of the better ones I've seen. Also their mecanic caught a problem with my truck that my usual one didn't see. So I can't complain.

I have been a canadian tire customer for many many years. They have good warranties, good return policy, and good promotions and specials. This Canadian tire has friendly service and is well equipped. We are in more of a rural area so their is a nice big outdoor gear area. Their is also a decent auto, macanic, and a garage repair shop. They also a a nice seasonal gaden and supplies area as well. I am and will remain a regular client. Enjoy!

Smallish Canadian tire, but it has everything a big store has packed into it. Good service, good garden center and honest garage.

There were a few nice surprises that I found in their garden centre. I should have bought more!

They rearranged everything recently, creating a lot of confusion, but it is still a very nice place.

Excellent customer service. At checkout, Interac machines were too high, had to stand on my tippy toes!!!
