Have been waiting for a call for over a month.... Did a great job in a short period of time after we received our call for pick up, upgraded us actually. Do not know anything about the price but parent seems to be happy.

Friendly staff, very reasonable prices on both repairs and purchases! They sell new and used\rebuilt equipment and stand behind their work. Their turnaround time on repairs is excellent, and if you need them to pick up and or drop off equipment the cost is also very reasonable. Another business I am privileged to be able to do business with.

Mr. Pluff will fix ANYTHING you have not working correctly. The man is a wiz at fixing, & maintenance. Taking care of your equipment could not be easier. Just bring it to Jim. I have been a customer for 30 years. I have never been disappointed. He also sells great equipment. I buy most of my stuff from him. Great work, great prices, & awesome service. Great people too! I had a problem with a Snapper Lawnmower battery that I purchased online at Home Depot and was still under warranty. Home Depot wouldn't help me with the issue, nor would anyone in my immediate area. I found Pluff and Sons and even though they were a bit further away from me they helped me out and even went out of their way to help straighten out some of the issues I was having in dealing with Snapper directly. They helped me get a replacement battery and fulfill Snapper's warranty when no one else would and they really helped me out.

The last of a dying breed. A small shop that tries to help and backs its work. Manufacturers and big box stores pump out machines that need fixing and have no service departments. Do they think it will run forever? It's like a car dealer with no service department. So glad they work on many makes.
