Great experience with this company. From the initial communication to the completion of purchase, Melissa was top notch! She and the others on staff went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction. I drove 3.5 hours to make this purchase and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. They were great to work with, gave great customer service, stayed in communication throughout, and gave me a very fair price on my purchase.

Really nice owner and manager. Wide variety of products to choose from. Gold and silver, bikes, video games, TVs, fishing equipment, mini fridges, microwaves, action figures, and everything in between.

I buy and sell jewelry, and flat rock exchange has the best prices around on gold, jewelry and precious metals. Better than Detroit or Toledo, I've gone to many, many pawn shops. I don't live around there but I drive quite some time just to go there.I go for the jewelry, but I've noticed their tools and electronics are reasonably priced as well. They are honest and fair. Definitely my favorite place to go for jewelry

Very rude people work there...do yourself a favor and don't waste your time go any where else ..these are inconsiderate crooks that own the shop...very dirty and all kinds of stolen stuff inside...
