I can see there is a lot of unfair negative reviews about them. The staffs may not spend a lot of time engaging in meaningless conversation with you, but they get what you wanted quick. They always call and remind me about the renewal of house insurance. A new young lady Chelsea Sun found a better deal for me with adequate coverage and saved me hundreds of dollars. She has done her homework prior to calling me. I am happy.

Great customer service, during the pandemic I only need car for a short period of time and they provide the knowledge and kindness for the service. Will recommend to people this place, we purchase our auto and house insurance both in here.
They only have two stuff so sometimes if customer more than two than third person need to wait but if the time you went is quite, than they can provide you really great service.

Go for nothing at all if Andy is working there. He is the conceited man with no information. With the other employees, everything went smoothly, but as soon as he entered the picture, he began acting bossy and did all sorts of dumb things. Before you go in, make sure he's not there. Both women working deserves this two star for tolerating him.

Tony started off nice but later on his mood changed. Ask too many questions that weren't related to what I needed the car for. When asked to change certain options he made me feel like he didn't want to. His knowledge of products are good but his customer service could be better. Time to step it up Tony. You got way too many bad reviews going on here.

This company is a big joke. Trying to cancel insurance after car accident which ICBC already has the car and plates amd we were advised to cancel and do not need plates. The staff refused to help, refused to listen or even trying to solve the prblem by working with us and ICBC. Rude, ignorant staff. ICBC said they should be reading all the information amd they wont just doing what ever they want. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this company . Definitely not ICBC certified.

AVOID, Go Next Door to Park Insurance or where ever. Attempted fraudulent changes to milk comission fees on ICBC autoplan change at the cost of the customer paying more. They will f you over for spare change, not a trustworthy business

They are the worse in the area. All their agent have no idea what they are doing. They had to call other ppl for help for the most simple job. They scammed my elderly parents on travel insurance when they didn't needed. They make up fake ICBC rule just to make it more trouble some. And this place smells bad. Not sure what they do here but it always smells like rotten garbage. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. They like to take advantage of seniors.

Told me I need to buy business use insurance without asking how often I drive my car to see clients. In the end, pleasure use was the appropriate coverage. Did not update location of where my car is stored when not in use. I had to go back to fix the papers. Not rude or anything like that but this was the most energy I've ever had to put into renewing car Insurance. I do not want to go back next year.

Too fast speaker. Hard to follow along. It seems like they are running out of time always.
You may save some money in insurance deal, but you should be ready to accept below minimum customer service. As a customer, one pays a good amount of money and, the insurance broker also get a percentage from that. So, the customer DESREVE at least a decent customer service. If some business is failed to provide so, they should rethink their business model.

Bunch of terrible ignorant people who absolutely have no knowledge about a proper business management, customer service and how ICBC website works. even one star is too much for them.
What a waste of time to even walk into that store. Avoid at all costs!
