Yee insurance is fantastic at ghosting you once you need your insurance renewed. I only went here because my real estate agent recommended them. Germaine, who was my representative, was never in the office when I called, never called me back when I left a message, and the woman they have answering the phone is not helpful in the slightest. It also costed me triple the price than what I pay now at BCAA. Do yourself a favour, go with BCAA, Westland, your dad's friend, your neighbour's kid, ANYONE other than the ghosts at Yee Insurance. Side note; the only fast reply I received was when I first signed up with them, and then after I terminated with them.

I don't understand how this company is still in business. It's like pulling teeth to get an insurance policy renewed. They also failed to mail a decal, requiring even more hand holding and coordination to get it sent out.

Never go to this place. I received my new policy after it started and they are already sending text messages a week before I receive the invoice.

Never goto this place. Terrible service and broker is not knowledgable about auto insurance. Took 1 hour to transfer insurance which suppose take no more than 20 minutes. Wasted my time visiting this place.
