This practice is the absolute best! Dr. Danaher and her staff are the most professional and compassionate that I have ever dealt with. The nurses address your portal messages so quickly, sometimes within the hour! Dr. Danaher is so thorough and caring of all your needs. Erika’s calm and caring nature always puts me at ease. Even though my symptoms seemed fairly insignificant, she still quickly referred me to a specialist that diagnosed my cancer at such an early stage that the prognosis is very good. If she had not acted so swiftly the outcome would have been very different. I can’t express how thankful I am to have the level of health care that this practice provides.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been a patient there since 2005 and never had any major issues. Yea sometimes they get backed up when they are busy but it's like that with any doctor, restaurant, auto mechanic, etc. I think the Dr. and staff are friendly, compatant, thourough, and professional. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I have been a patient at Dr Danahers office for almost 10 years. They have always address any concerns I have and taken me seriously. The receptionist Carrie is quite the gal as well, very charming and sweet. Everyone is friendly and professional and they truly get to know you unlike other offices. I highly recommend Erika as well. She is certainly one of my favorites to see!

I have been going to Medwell Niagara for many years and have never had a bad experience with this office. I am usually in and out within an hour. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have seen both Val and Erika and love them. They are both very professional and have displayed compassion for there patients. I have received nothing but great care and respect from them.

Dr. Danaher office is the BEST DOCTOR OFFICE I ever been to in my life. Erika the nurse practitioner is the one who always takes care of me , I make sure I ask for her all the time. ( she is my family doctor and I give her A ++++ , Erika makes me want to take care of myself , no doctor ever made me feel like I am important , she does ). EVERYONE in the office is always so nice , they go out of their way to make sure everyone who comes is treated like family. I never cared about my health all my life, doctors offices to me was like ok I am a customer so they stay in business, but at this office you are treated like a patient , not a customer. I wish everyone would go to them at least once you will see a difference and YOU WILL LEAVE your family doctor that you have now. I am so glad I am Erika's patient now, ( she will be my family doctor the rest of my life, I trust her with my life ) Ask yourself , Do you trust your family doctor with your life ?? Erika is really the best !! I actually enjoy going to my doctor office now and honestly now many people feel like that, ask yourself !! Thank you ERIKA and EVERYONE in the office for making me feel the way I do about your office !!

My review actually starts 20, plus years ago. Dr. Danahar was in a small practice alone with Sue as her secretary. My mom went to her for Al medical needs and loved having a female doctor so close to her here in Newfane. There fore I started as well, along with my daughter. Through the years my daughter is now an adult and mom has since past away. Tho we continue to seek our medical well being with her and her medical team. She has been always a carrying , doctor, one who listens and asks questions. Seeking always the best care for individual living…life. She is not about quick fix but a healthy lifestyle! Proper vitamins and diet , teaching a healthy lifestyle and diet … free of medications and dependency.. tho understanding we are all individually different! If your looking for a life doctor , she is the one who has served my family way and above all others…. She will seek the best medical treatment for a healthy lifestyle for each patients, I HIGHLY RECOMEND HER AND HER CHOSEN TEAM! Please if you are looking for a doctor that wants to care and HEAL your life according to a healthy lifestyle? She is the doctor you need to seek to be honest and start anew relationship with… do yourself a heathy change and switch to. A doctor that cares enough to help you only do it right! The first time and every time.

I’ve been a patient for just about 10 years. Anytime I have a concern they are quick to it and take it seriously where others I’ve seen just blow it off. They make an effort to call out to you as well to let you know how your labs go even if they are perfect. I highly recommend going here if you want a doctor and all the staff who are personal and just plain care about your well being.

I have nothing but good things to say about this doctors office and the staff , they were so accommodating after I left my doctors office of 15 years to transfer to medwell. I would recommend medwell Niagara to anyone looking for a new primary care doctors office ! In and out fast and always the front end receptionists are amazing ! Always helping you check in and out and helping schedule appointments!

Wonderful group of people to work for, very kind and compassionate patients and staff are all like family. The staff at the office is very hard working and they care deeply about their patients and each other. When you enter the office you feel like a family.

I absolutely loved this doctor office. The staff was so friendly and caring. Everytime I called I got right in without hesitation. I wish that I could still be there but unfortunately I had to move and where I am at now it is not the same. I wish I could still have Dr. Danaher long distance!!!!!!

They are great here. Polite and friendly staff. They really take into consideration all of my concerns and are thorough with the care they provide which is rare these days. I have absolutely no complaints.

Quick appointments, friendly staff. Dr. Danaher and Ericka are wonderful! I never have any issues getting an appointment and I never feel rushed when the doctor is in the room with me.

These negative reviews are from grouchy people that don't understand the medical profession. I LOVE dr. Danaher, and they have always been there when I needed them

My elderly parents have been patients here for the last 15 yrs dr danaher and staff have always been great at getting them in around my schedule and taking excellent care of them I can't thank them enough

I’ve read several reviews and I’ve never had this experience. They are good there and very thorough. There have been times that certain staff members have been curt . All in all I’ve been very happy.
