Very friendly and helpful employees. Can usually find what I need with out going to a big home improvement store. Convenient location and very shopable size.

We went there close to 6PM on a Sunday and the gentleman working the floors was most helpful. Very knowledgeable professional and super nice oh and great suggestions as well.

Staff was amazing!!!! So helpful! I had to purchase a new faucet for our kitchen. I got the wrong kind but we decided to keep it because it looked so good so made another trip back and again amazing help for the parts I needed. I will go there over the other home improvement store any day!!! Thank you for your help - faucet looks and works great!

Always very nice people working there from the people helping in the aisles to the people working the registers. Home depot has nothing on value when it comes politeness and helpfulness. 5 stars because I always walk out smiling.

Love this place. Much more reasonable in price compared to other stores Home Depot ,Lowe’s etc The help is much better. They see you almost right away and ask you if they can help you with anything. They always welcome you as soon as you walk in the store and as soon as they see you leaving they thank you for coming

Valu is amazing, beats the heck out of home Depot or Lowe's. There are actually people to ask for help and that approach you if you look like you're looking for something. When was the last time that happened to you at a store? The cashier today was exceptionally friendly, I didn't expect anything less!

You can always quickly get qualified help at this store and in today's world of disrupted supply chain they have the best inventory of items in stock. I like this store way better than big box orange place.

I love Valu! There is ALWAYS someone to help find things. I prefer to go to Valu than home despid. Wish they carried a few more things like drywall and some lumber. Great customer service and the staff is always friendly, helpful and respectful. My #1 place to go for my home projects!

At the Porter Rd, NF store this happened. Very helpful. Excellent service. First a male employee gave me a hint to keep a bird bath from being knocked over by filling it with sand. 2nd, he and a female employee helped split a bag of sand which was already opened, and too heavy for us older folks to pick up. Then the same young lady asked the mgr for a discount on the open bag of sand and then she accompanied us out to our car to help us unload. Wow, very impressive.
