Walked into this insurance place. I was quickly greeted by Trinity and it was served very well. Trinity took the time to call ICBC to help me answer questions. I had also got me the plate I desired, and took the extra time in care to make sure everything was done properly, after everything was done she even called me the next day to follow up. Awesome experience with 100% recommend in the future.

Linda Meadley and her team are professional and experienced, providing top notch customer service and expert advice when I needed a quote FAST for my home insurance. The quote came in much lower for much better coverage so it was an easy switch from my previous provider. I am super happy to recommend Linda and the Co-Operators!

Superb customer service. I came here to renew my auto insurance. What I needed wasn't exactly straight forward because I was contemplating storing my car for the summer and other fine details. I found James at The Co-operators to be an excellent advisor, who was patient and open to all my questions. He answered everything and helped to lay out the options clearly. In the end, I walked out feeling more knowledgable about my auto insurance and comfortable with my decision.
In addition, I also inquired about a quote for home insurance. Again, James was very helpful in explaining everything to me, and made me feel that he had my interest at heart.

I would highly recommend Linda Meadley who provides excellent advice in a timely manner and can assist with a broad range of financial planning matters. I have found she takes a personalized approach in understanding the clients goals and developing a comprehensive plan to achieve those goals.

I came in 5 mins before close and Cindy stayed back to answer all my questions about my policy and how I was covered. She even called to find out questions when she want sure. To top it off I was offered Merci chocolates when I was leaving. Drop by and ask for Cindy you'll be glad you did.
