Good customer service sometimes staff is not friendly

While working in the area for a few months I've been having my mail redirected here for pickup using the flex delivery option.

Even when picking up multiple packages I've never had a problem. The staff has never been rude or impatient.

They also sell the products for packaging, shipping, etc. That you'd typically find at the post offices.

I've never shipped from here so nothing to say on that note.

This location provides terrible service. The delivery person put my package, and other peoples packages, in the wrong community mail boxes. The staff inside can be intimidating and difficult to communicate with. I'm going to do my best to not have packages delivered through here. If anyone ever has an issue with packages, I've been advised by Canada Post's customer service to call them within 3 days of your packages ''delivered'' date instead of trying to get support from staff here.

I sent a parcel over a week ago and have been calling this Post Office daily and no one will answer.
