First Response was excellent to work with. Each of the team members was thorough yet efficient, respectful of our home, and helpful in working out options. In fact, it was notable to me how skilled they all were in communicating with customers, in addition to the quality of their practical work on the job. They kept us informed all the way along so that we knew what to expect and readily adapted to emerging circumstances, where any changes in plans were needed. They made an initial "disaster" into a bearable and ultimately positive experience. Their service was exceptional and the well-crafted results are now a welcome part of our home. We recommend them highly.

After our cabin interior was destroyed by water from a broken pipe, First Response was on site soon after being contacted by our insurance company. I can't begin to describe the challenges they faced on this job, but everyone involved took it all in stride, and working through a long weekend and several subsequent days, completed the job beyond our expectations. The staff were extremely professional and accommodating and the items they were able to salvage were properly cleaned and stored. The structure was left clean and dry and well prepared for the contractor to begin the rebuilding process. I highly recommend their work certainly wouldn't hesitate to use their services if the need arose.

Zana did a great job of cleaning our carpets. Very professional and friendly. We had our area rugs cleaned as well. The company has a good set up for cleaning them at their warehouse. They look like new. Thanks First Response team!

After our roof and part of a fence being damaged by a wind storm our insurance company put us in touch with First Response. From the beginning to the end of the process (about 3 months) Ben and the team provided exceptional service. I would have to say the best service I’ve encountered for quite some time. Our roof has been replaced and the fence fixed to our complete satisfaction by reliable, professional tradespeople recommended and organized by Ben. We did not have to do anything, other than choose the colour of our new shingles. Ben was proactive throughout. At payment time I called accounting and when the person had stepped out of the office, Leslie who answered the phone took all the information needed…no, call back or we’ll call you back just “I can take care of that for you”. Seamless service. Then a week later, a knock on the door to someone from the company dropping off a bottle of wine to say thank you for our business. One of those situation where you want to say, “No, THANK YOU!” Truly amazing company I would highly recommend.

Our experience with them was phenomenal. We had a hot water tank leak, which then led to needing some asbestos tile removed. They were super professional and quick through the whole process, and even did a great job of liaising with our insurance company. Highly recommend.

First Response answered my call, and send someone out immediately to deal with my water damage. They set up blowers and dehumidifiers and provided excellent customer service. They are friendly and kind, and caring people. I appreciated everything they did so much.

November 2020 we had the unfortunate experience of a septic tank back-up due to tree/plant roots. I do not wish this on anyone. After contacting First Response they showed up immediately and went to work cleaning up. From there on they have now finished the resoration of our downstairs. First Response, their employees and contracters, have been very supportive, professional and meticulous. The fact that they also dealt with the insurance company was a massive bonus! Hopefully we will never have to go through this again, but IF we do, I would phone them again immediately.

Omg the staff of this company from their own to their subcontractors represented this company with the utmost of service and quality. With this company there were no concerns that were left unaddressed from prompt service from the beginning to the end. They even worked directly with the Insurance company to make sure everything was all looked after. Nothing was left undone. No worries with this company. Would I recommend this company the answer would be YES!!!. Thanks Ben and Staff for such a good job.

First response, handled the reconstruction of my late father's home, it was a difficult, lengthy job, but in the end, the house turned out beautifully. Every aspect, issue was handled with great professionalism. Stacy was extremely helpful with the entire process, and helped make it as stress free as possible Can't thank the team enough for all that they did to restore the house.

First Response was amazing working on a huge project from start to finish for us- dealing with a major flooding, replacing floors, drying out the home and working with the insurance company. I highly recommend them! Professional AND friendly service.
