Fast Fired Pizza

Stopped in yesterday on our way home, was the first time here for us. A wonderful concept, set up is similar to a subway with your choices of dough, sauces and toppings all in view. A large variety of toppings to choose from and everything looked good and fresh. An amazing experience having our pizzas built with care, right in front of us, from the spreading of the dough to the cooking, and it was all done so fast! Our server was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The pizzas were delicious, cooked perfectly, and the crust was nice and firm. Great price and very impressed with everything. So glad we discovered this place, will definitely be back when next here!

This pizza place is amazing. I've been to a similar type of place in toronto (pi co) and FastFired blows it away. The pizza is better, and it's cheaper. The ingredients are sustainable and locally sourced. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very professional. We (wife 2 kids) had a great experience and will stop in on our way back from BC

Stopped into fast fired on my way home from Regina. Was craving pizza but didn't want dominoes. First of all, loved the concept. It's kind of like subway for pizza (better tasting). You pick your dough, they roll it out in front of you, then you pick your sauce and whatever toppings you want. Then they through it into a pizza oven and it's done. There are better pizzas out there but this pizza was still pretty good. It gets 5 stars from me because of the customer service, experience, restaurant atmosphere, and speed of service. Will definitely be back.

Been twice now and haven't been disappointed yet. $13 for a large pizza with as many toppings as you want. Quiet and friendly atmosphere.

The pizza was really good, I liked that the crust was not too thick and had lots of flavour. It was a good deal...better than having to pay three bucks for every additional topping like you have to at other places. Here, you can get the exact toppings you want for a flat price. Loved the ability to customize. Friendly staff. Super easy to order online with their app. Maybe could've used more cheese but I always say that!

Love how I could ask for vegan cheese. Had the veggie delux so good.
A couple years ago staying at the Victoria Inn I was able to have my pizza delivered to the hotel. This time I had to go take out the restaurant didnt deliver to the Vic anymore.

From Day One, I loved this idea! Subway for pizza indeed! The oven is hot - it is very quick! The price point seems fair (I could eat a whole pizza myself!) and they have lots of deals/promos if you are looking for lotsa pizza! Cheers! (Also their staff is awesome and bought some Girl guide cookies from my kiddo - just great people!) Can't wait for things to be better, so we can eat in again!

Great service and great pizza! Just went in for the first time and it was amazing! The man working behind the counter was awesome, and eager to go through everything with us. We will certainly request an extra 30 seconds next time just to get a crisper under carriage, but all in all, Fast Fired pizza was a great experience and we will definitely be back!!

I don't think I've ever been this impressed by a pizza before. This is for sure my new favourite place! Not only was my pizza perfect, the girl who was working there tonight (I didn't catch her name unfortunatly) was SO friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon and highly recommend! Amazing pizza. Great staff. Manager was super friendly and helpful. Pizza was quick and delicious. Best pizza place in Brandon for value, taste and efficiency. And you can put as much on it as you want and there are tons of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Will definitely be returning next time I’m in Brandon.

Wow what an awesome concept. Subway style build you own thin crust pizzas. $12.95 including unlimited toppings. Tastes amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful with selection

In all absolute and complete honesty, this is the greatest pizza I have ever had in my entire life (30 years old). I may have to attribute this to the girl with the coloured hair who was working, and may have to refer to her as "The Artist" for the rest of this review. The service was absolutely fantastic. The Artist took absolute time and care with my pizza and made every aspect of it perfect. She even mentioned how she wasn't the fastest at making the pizzas, but made sure to put in the extra time for quality. I honestly don't understand how she could have been any quicker, considering my entire time in and out took less time on average than 95% of any 'build your sandwich' restaurant I've visited. (There was no line) She made sure my entire pizza was built incredibly evenly and symmetrically, and was very patient and polite, giving me ample time to instruct as to whether or not I was happy with the amount, or if I wanted more of the topping put on the pizza (oh yes, by the way, the toppings are endless. This may be subject to reason, though. I didn't ask, as it seems like putting too much on the pizza would have messed with how it cooked). The Artist even turned my pizza manually, as it cooked in the oven. I can barely get a place to take my bread out of the toasting oven before it becomes part crouton, and this girl is turning my pizza multiple times during the INSANELY short cook time. She made sure to make every option the had available known to me, and put more care into my pizza than I've ever seen anyone in the fast food industry do. All the while, approaching me with a pleasant and refreshing demeanor, and not seemingly wishing she was somewhere else, or completely disengaged. The end result was, again, the greatest pizza I have ever had made for me. The kind of pizza I would stand in line for 20 minutes for. With the world going the way it is, I dont know how often I will find myself out and about, but I will absolutely try to find the time to see if The Artist is working, and get another pizza from Fast Fired, and I highly encourage you to do the same. It would be an absolute shame to lose this hidden gem, now that I know how great it is.

Lots of great selection for individualized pizzas. Super friendly staff. Pizza was fired to perfection. After not being there in awhile took my 3yr old to watch his pizza being made and fired, makes it taste better!!

Absolutely fantastic! Flexible pizza building with good quality ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed eating here! The staff was also quite friendly and helpful. An all around excellent experience!

Fantastic service every visit, never too busy or too long of a wait. Pizza is always made and cooked with care and comes out perfectly. I feel valued as a guest, 10/10 would recommend.

I have diagnosed celiac disease, for me eating out is always a risky experience. So many times in Brandon i have ordered gluten free options and have gotten sick from cross contamination. Upon arriving at fast fired i was greeted by friendly staff including its general manager. She was beyond kind and patient with me regarding my anxieties. Her name, i believe was Sara and for once i felt my condition was not being judged or belittled. She walked me through their process for preparing gluten free food. She gave me total reassurance that they take care to guarantee the safety of their food handling. Including using separate utensils and cooking surfaces that are dedicated to G.F. food. I was impressed by this gesture and had a lovely experience. The food was fantastic and for once i experienced no issues from eating at a pizza joint. I would definitely recommend to anyone with food sensitivities.

Wow that was tasty! Super fresh ingredients and a great price. It was fast and the staff were friendly. I have a feeling I'll be back again today. It was a nice change from greasy fast food! I'd highly recommend it.

Asked two Brandonites where to find good pizza. This was the recommendation for variety in dough, sauces, and toppings. Brought two other locals and they liked and would recommend the pizza. A fun experience for someone who is a scratch pizza maker like myself. Oh yeah, I am from out of town.
