Very good service and a manager who cares! Busted my pair of skates after owning them for 4 years. Went to purchase a pair of Jetspeed FT6 Pro skates in my size of an 8.5. Unfortunately they did not have any in store. However, I was given a card to email about locating a pair of these skates somewhere for me. I emailed and was told CCM did not have stock, but they would look around for me and see what they could do. I figured oh well and was going to move on. Not 3 days later, a pair was found, delivered to store and was put on held for me to purchase. Very easily could have told me best of luck, but instead went up and beyond to get me what I needed!

I was served multiple times by a gentleman named, Payton. I must say he was very knowledgeable and fit myself and son for what we needed.

Reccomend talking to Payton if you need any of your hockey needs.

Highly recommend shopping here. I drove out of my way to come here and the guys really made sure that I had everything I needed for my kids and spent the one on one time, grabbing and sizing them for everything. They seem really knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't mind the kids asking 101 questions either.

I recently purchased a new pair of skates from there. I had previously had major issues with my previous skates being fitted wrong from a different store. These have been the best feeling and fitting skates I have had in an extremely long time. Everyone was great and easy to deal with.

Kyle and his staff have always gone above and beyond for all my goalie's needs. The service is outstanding, and the prices are great. Above all, the customer service at this store is hands down, bar down AMAZING! I might add, my goalie won't let anyone else touch his skates. They only get sharpened here.

I got my hockey skates from them a year ago and I was in so much pain for months thinking it was just from breaking my skates in. I tried everything from trying out different ways to tie my laces, various insoles and socks, but to no avail. Came in last week and Steven and Chelsea fixed my problems by simply punching out my hockey boots. It took a few minutes and they didn't charge me for it. Totally professional when they were hesitant to sell me another pair hockey skates without testing out different options to fix the ones I have first. Amazing folks!

Purchased goalie equipment with Payton's help. I was nervous about my intent, and Payton made me happy and excited about my decision to play again. He did an excellent job with fitting, and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend purchasing goal equipment from him.

The crew at Source always does a great job. I have been shopping there for years, they have always been great to my kids, they have a good selection and whenever I've had an issues have done a great job of dealing with them. Excellent customer service! Kyle is great to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable about Jackson Figure Skates. One of the few stores in the city with a selection of new and used figure skates. Definitely recommend it, and Charlie (store pup) makes everyone feel welcome!

Kyle and his knowledgeable team have been helping my son with goalie equipment for the past seven years. The latest save the day scenario was a broken goalie stick during practice at 7pm on a Friday before an early Saturday playoff game. I called to see if we they still carried that model, they didn’t. I spoke to Jersey and she gave a couple of options based on the stick he had. We made it there five minutes prior to closing and the stick was waiting for us and Jersey supported us on our purchase without making us feel rushed (He loves the new stick). I have always felt the prices were quite competitive, but I have to admit the support we receive would make it worthwhile if I had to pay a premium to deal with Kyle’s team.

Whenever we visit Winnipeg we go to Source for Sports Pembina. We do this because it has a good range of stock; ALL staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; and Kyle also has not only all of these traits but shows a real care and interest in people. He also goes above and beyond to help on a consistent basis. Best sports store I have ever come across. Best sports store I have ever come across.

I have been a customer for many many years and the team has always been very helpful. Tonight I was getting my skates sharpened and dropped them off earlier in the day. I didn’t think to check for shorter hours due to COVID. Sure enough they closed at 8 pm which is right when I realized this. I called and thankfully they answered. They stayed late to ensure I didn’t miss my game tonight. Thanks folks and see you next time.

Kyle is a great guy and sharpens my skates just the way I like them, they are very helpful and friendly, carries lots of sporting goods, mainly hockey but there are lots of other sports that he carries equipment for

Sold me a flawed product (Winnwell blade) which broke after first slapper and the owner, Kyle Johanson, exchanged it for me out of his own pocket! Kyle is clearly a good man who knows how to appreciate a customer. I will recommend this Source For Sports store to everyone I know!

I forgot to grab the name of the person who helped me but they were super fantastic! I went to try on some figure skates and they answered a ton of questions and informed me on how different skates work and a bunch of other good stuff. I will definitely be coming back for all my skating needs!!

Highly recommend source! Kyle and his team are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Only place I bring my skates to be sharpened or buy sports equipment.
