I can not say enough good things about Kings Honda. Kelly King completely changed my opinion on buying a vehicle from a dealership. She was so incredibly kind and easy to talk to and helped me through every step of the process. She was able to get me a great price on the vehicle I wanted.
Kim in Finances made the process super quick and simple.

Bought a Honda Certified 2017 Honda Civic at Kings County Honda. I went there a few days prior to my purchase and Jon promptly came out in the rain (respect) and assisted me. He actually geared me towards a newer less expensive car (with less mileage too) and without pressure I had opted for the older model myself, with more features. Jon made me feel comfortable and spoke openly about what I had in mind for a purchase. I took it for a test drive and then was assisted by Shayne and Jason as Jon had to step out for the afternoon. Both were fair and prompt at earning my business and having me leave a happy and satisfied customer. Kim in finance was also fantastic to deal with. I would highly recommend the team at Kings County Honda. Thanks again everyone.

I have had my Accord serviced here a few times, including an alignment yesterday that resulted in perfect handling. My impression from these visits is that they take their time and do things right. When I had questions about notes on the invoice they had their tech call me to explain everything. They've also loaned me their courtesy car in a pinch. Further, I once requested a service and when they determined it wasn't necessary, they let me know and saved me money rather than bilking me.

Some of their services cost a little bit more than at smaller shops, but the perception of good care means that I'm happy to pay that premium. On that note, one can schedule an appointment on the website and see the prices while booking.

Purchased my H-RV from here recently. Kelly was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Super helpful, and not at all pushy to make a sale. Kim in the finance department was also amazing to deal with. She walked me through the whole process with such kindness. Had quite a few laughs, too. Amazing customer service. I had Kings Honda do the brakes on my 2018 Acura TLX and service was excellent. They understood what I wanted, checked with me to get a final OK on their diagnosis, had my car ready on time even when I added a brake fluid flush and charged a very fair price. Overall a top notch experience. Doug C.

I was shopping around for a pre-owned vehicle and found one that I was highly interested in at Kings Honda. I cannot say enough about Ryan Hill in sales and Kim Whynot in finance! They went above and beyond in so many ways to get me into my Honda CRV Black Edition. I live 3.5 hours away from Coldbrook and they made the process so seamless, preventing me from having to make any unnecessary trips. The whole experience was amazing! I will consider driving to Coldbrook again the next time I purchase a vehicle, just because of the incredible service. If you're looking at a pre-owned vehicle and you're unsure being out of town, don't hesitate! This dealership is worth the drive!!

Wonderful new home for Honda. Staff was very friendly, listened to what you said and had knowledgeable insights. They were not pushy at all. Earlier in car-buying, my wife and I were here to purchase a vehicle. We had come here to look at a car, but nobody knew where it was for some reason, but that was not a big deal at the time. We had taken several vehicles for four test drives, but a deformity in my right leg made it uncomfortable for me to sit inside certain cars. Eventually, we decided to go with another vehicle from a different dealership and appreciated the service we were offered here even though we didn't purchase it.

Fast forward several weeks, and although we didn't have a problem with the vehicle we purchased from another dealership, things went to hell within a week. After waking up on a Monday, we were stranded at home because our car wouldn't start. On Friday of that week, we were on a family trip to the Halifax area only to have a significant engine failure happen as we pulled into our parking spot at the Dartmouth Costco.

At the dealership that we were dealing with, we were unable to reconcile our differences. Some things were said, some were inappropriate and offensive to my wife and me. We could not deal with the fact that after three weeks of ownership, the vehicle had suffered a significant and catastrophic engine failure. The only thing that they were willing to do was to give us a refund.
We were ignored all weekend long, and once the new week arrived, I remembered that kings Honda had a vehicle we were considering. Still, they could not find it at the time, and when I called them, they did have the car on the lot, and I could look at it anytime I wanted. Thanks to the salesman, Jon, I also discovered that they had a newer version of the vehicle we already had all the lot used.

Using my limited time trying to deal with both dealerships and make sure that my wife and children could get to school on time, I could go out to Kings Honda and take both vehicles for a test drive without any issues. Jon was so well prepared that he had both cars with their keys waiting for me when I showed up at the dealership.

Originally I was going to buy the newer generation of our current vehicle because well it is newer it has more advanced technologies in it but I didn't find it as comfortable and after demonstrating something very simple with the armrest for example, Jon understood my exact criticism. He knew I was pressed for time and told me to take as long as needed, which is precisely what I did. We ended up going with the same generation. Still, it is the much newer version of our current vehicle and because it is several trim levels higher is nicer to have all of those extra features, but it still offers the same level of comfort that we like.

Since my wife and I were already familiar with the vehicle, it was simple to tell him yes or no if we would take it. We would have one morning and confirm that yes, indeed, we would assume that vehicle, we had an enjoyable interaction with the business manager who was nice to us. When we told her how we wanted to conduct the sale, she followed through and did exactly as we requested. The previous sales manager at the other dealership felt like it was interrogation having him bully us around, trying to get us to do things that we very clearly told him we didn't want to get involved in. It almost cost his dealership the sale.

We showed up at the dealership shortly after 10:00 a.m., and we could leave the dealership shortly after the afternoon with all of our paperwork. Jon, our salesman and the business manager were both fantastic people; they got everything together in a concise time. Will we pay for the vehicle and received our keys was only a matter of a couple of hours here. Not only was this dealership fast, honest and highly efficient, but it was also one of the easiest and stress-free purchasing environments that one could ask for. If I could give them more than five stars, I definitely would.

I have even gone so far as to recommend them to other people highly. I even wrote a long letter to their corporate office explaining how much I enjoyed the customer service experience.

I went into Kings Honda the other day in the hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. Unfortunately for me (LOL) I met with Danny Neima who was my sales representative. Danny is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was definitely NOT pushy he gave me the information I needed and let me test drive my forever vehicle. Once my decision was made, I met with Kim Whynot who is the financial representative. Kim made the entire $$$$ process and paperwork go seamlessly! I cannot say enough good things about Kings Honda and especially Danny and Kim. If you are considering either a new or new to you vehicle I would strongly suggest talking to Danny and then asking for Kim to do the financials! Danny and Kim!!!! You are both rock stars in my books! Thanks for making my CRV purchase so easy!!!!!
