Excellent customer service have been buying Alessi holsters since they first opened and were on Niagara Falls Blvd. Top quality leather holsters custom made for your handgun. No one holster fits all, each custom made for an individual handgun. Great people to deal with

Still waiting to hear back on getting velcro replaced on a 6 year old ankle holster. Love the holster, but so far no luck getting a hold of anyone to get cost to repair and instructions to return. Will change score if anyone actually returns my call at some point and I can get issue resolved.

Update: After they got moved into their new location, I was finally able to get a hold of someone and get my holster repaired. Repair was done well and turned around quick. Qualified change to 4 stars, hoping they have gotten their customer service issues resolved.

Still a good local holster company, so I prefer to support them as opposed to some other global corporation. That being said, their new stuff just doesn't match the quality of the original Mr. Allesi rigs. I had 3 from Mr. Allesi before he passed, and the new stuff is still high priced, but the time spent on each rig and attention to detail isn't there anymore. I don't blame them as they are more focused on LEO/Military/Gov agency orders. A business has to stay solvent. Still a better holster company than Desantis, Galco, or other mass production brands. I hope they continue to flourish in a state that does everything possible to destroy small businesses like Allesi Holsters.

I ordered a holster in December and have had no contact since then. You can't call them as their number doesn't work either.... obviously don't buy an alessi holster as you'll never get it BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Edit: Spoke with the owner, Tom, who informed me that they had just changed their phone number. Got an update on my holster progress and I'll update again when I get my holster!

I will change this review if I ever get my product. Basically it has been 9 months, they took my money and ran. Wont answer the phone, wont answer emails.

EDIT: Well it took almost 2 years but I finally got my order. I will change to 2 stars. Two years is a little ridiculous to wait for a holster.

Sadly when the founder of a company dies sometimes the quality dies with him and that is the case with Alessi holsters today. As a former Alessi holster customer, the products that were formerly produced were of excellent quality.however today the people that are running the company are producing a product that is substandard at best.

The holster I recently received which was five weeks past the production date, and was assembled with very cheap components. The quality of the leather Is typical of a cheap bargain basement type gun holster. The quality of the staining to the leather looked like it was done by a 9-year-old while playing video games. The mag pouch was not stained to match the gun holster, and the straps were the poorest quality straps I have ever seen on any holster. It looked like the components came from China from a bargain priced vendor.

If you expect the telephone to be answered reliably or any of your phone messages to be returned you will be disappointed. On 4 occasions the person I spoke with named Brandon indicated he would call me back with an update on the status of the holster but I never received a follow-up call. I sent three emails none of which received any type of reply.

When I eventually received my holster I immediately contacted Alessi and sought a refund, they reluctantly agreed; however, they have failed to issue a refund and we are approaching the 30 day mark. They also failed to answer the telephone, (at least we know their caller ID is working).

It is sad to see it once high quality company deteriorate to this level. I generally do not write negative reviews but feel at the least other buyers should be warned and not have to endure this level of ridiculousness.

I sincerely hope you found this post helpful, best wishes to you for a smooth holster purchase.

Pains me to post this because I have referred many individuals to Alessi in the past, swearing by the quality of the holsters. However, there comes a point where quality does not matter when you do not receive the products in a timely or reasonable manner. I have been waiting on a holster for almost 7 months. Like may of the other posts, I have sent e-mails, i have called (too many times to count). They do not respond and don't seem to care about customer service whatsoever.

It is a shame to see the current operating state of the company. Everyone gets that they are not factory assembled holsters etc and Alessi has a meticulous process for creating the holsters - but the product is not that revolutionary and unique where it comes close to waiting 6-10 months for an order and dealing with the non-stop frustration of no responses from the company during that time.

Not sure if this company is a scam or if they just don't care about any form of customer service/accountability. Countless attempts to contact them via phone and several un-returned e-mails. I am going to contact my credit card company to try and dispute the charge that was billed almost 7 mos ago, without a holster ever delivered.

There are other holster companies out there (Alessi isn't the only "quality" holster company in existence) that will actually give the slightest bit of attention to responding to paying customers. Stay away from this company, not worth it.

There should be less than one star. I ordered an ankle holster 4/21/2019 they took my money $177.00. As of 2/8/2020 still no holster. This company is a scam and they don’t answer the phone or emails. I ordered the product because of a personal recommendation. Alessi I want my money back!,

10 Months with no returned phone calls or emails only to receive an UNFINISHED PRODUCT. Fastening/adjustment screws missing. Had to go to the local hardware store to finish their work for them. I had several friends waiting to see how I liked the holster before they placed orders.... they won't be making the same mistake I did!

On May 16th, 2017 I ordered two ankle holsters (Glock 27 & Glock 43) for $371.93 through their website. I received an email confirmation that same day that the order was confirmed. On August 20th, afterseveral months of no communication and no contact from the business I sent an email to inquire the status of the custom holsters. No response. I'll have to call the bank hoping to get reimbursed but also will be contacting Master Card and Visa and ask them to terminate their ability to accept online payments due to this being fraud. I'll also be calling the NY AG's office. What a scam.

I wish I could give Alessi Holsters less than one star. I ordered an ankle holster at Shot Show in Vegas in January 2018 and still have nothing, it’s now almost August. I’ve called them so many times that I’ve lost track, they NEVER-EVER return calls. I think the phone goes to the phone booth down the street and a homeless guys enjoys the ring tone. My L/E friend swore by their product and I thought I’d give them a shot. BTW, my buddy who vouched for them now feels terrible that he referred me. I should have known better when I saw their display booth at Shot Show, what a dump! All those waiting on your order should cross your fingers for what is likely to be a bankruptcy liquidation. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALESSI!

I ordered a holster for my S&W Thunder ranch 45 acp revolver. The constructed well but the issue is I cannot get the gun out of the holster it’s also most impossible zero forward cant. If seated in car it’s impossible this is poorly designed and executed holster.
