We visited this Structube about a month ago and worked with the store manager to find a couch for our new home. After more thought we realized that the couch we had chosen was going to be too big. We went back in and spent an hour with the same store manager who helped us ensure we were happy with our new selections.

The customer service from this store was amazing. She was kind and patient with us.

The store itself is great. Very clean and organized. A large selection to choose from and sit on. The ordering process so far seems relatively easy and the staff works with you to ensure you’re happy.

Will always recommend this store to people. Affordable, comfortable and a nice modern look.

I found a good range of quality and affordable furniture here but what really stood out was how helpful the staff was. Unlike other places, they were flexible and patient, even when I wanted to change my order. They responded quickly to emails and calls and were just really pleasant to talk to. I am very satisfied with the overall experience

If you want chic and current furniture or decor pieces at a reasonable price point, this is a great place to start. The assistant manager, Lina, provided us with excellent customer service. We have purchased furniture here in the past, and it has held up as well as some pieces from the Bay for which we paid much more. Their more structured sofas and chairs would be a better option if you have little kids jumping on them like we do, but their plusher pieces hold up well with normal adult use.

We had a few awesome experiences at this location. The team is very friendly and informative. Lina helped us - she was very warm and listened to exactly what we were looking for & gave us all of our options according to that. We did not feel rushed at all nor pressured. We appreciate her approach.
