My wife and I are new to Canada, and on Thanksgiving Day, we took a one-hour bus ride from Baby Street to Walker Road to buy a laptop for her since there were fewer buses running. I checked Google to see if Best Buy was open on Thanksgiving Day, and it indicated that it was open. However, when we arrived, the doors were closed. Currently, my wife works at Tim Hortons, and it's challenging to get a shift off to visit the Walker Road Best Buy to purchase the laptop. Our Thanksgiving Day was quite disappointing, so I kindly request that you update Google with accurate store hours to prevent other people, especially those who may not have much, from experiencing the same disappointment at Best Buy.

Needed a home-office for work, Best Buy in Windsor offered a program through the store for a technician/home office expert to take room measurements, and provide quotes based on my needs. I worked with Jeremy through the process and he did an amazing job, sending/updating quotes and always making sure I was paying the best possible price. I would definitely recommend for anyone updating or purchasing a home office. He made the experience easy and painless.

Hector did an amazing job in helping me with my printer that I had bought. I have used said printer before and it works great so I bought another but it did not work. i had went back wanting to return the product and repurchase with the warranty plan but prices had gone up for the product because the sale had ended. Hector was able to help me honour the sale price as well as add the warranty!

This is my favorite store to shop. Maybe I can be biased because I love the store so much, but it has everything I want/need and then some. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Store is big with so much to look at/for. I will always recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Again, maybe I biased review to be honest, but I don't think you'd be disappointed going here.

So this afternoon I was in a pinch to get a replacement tv for the bedroom and I’m so technologically challenged. This wonderful kid Josh helped me out. He was great. Apparently he works for LG but whatever he knew his stuff. If you need a tv see Josh!

My daughter was looking for routers two days ago, and our luck was to meet Joey murtagh, at Best Buy on walker road in Windsor, he helped us so much, and we were amazed of how much knowledge he had,and how well spoken and polite he was, we want to thank him for his help and the time he spent with us.
He is for sure a great sales man and Best Buy should be proud to have a salesman like him.

I went into best buy for the first time in a few years. I needed a new router for our home internet. I found Christian diligently cleaning the shelves in that area and he instantly stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed help. I explained to him what I was looking for and he quickly offered a few solutions that seemed to fit well. We talked about those and some WiFi problems I have in the home, some of my preferences for a new devices to have. Christian went above and beyond what I expect from a retail associate in a big box store. He quickly identified my needs and was able to come up with a working solution that checked all the boxes and fit my budget. Great job and thanks again for the help!

I like this store, we can find a variety of electronic products at affordable prices.

Had what I was looking for and, despite buggy tills, service was excellent. Kye was great.

Geek Squad did a great job on cleaning my laptop. They did it close to closing time and the price was great. They also gave great info on laptop care. This is a great laptop I bought Aug 2020. Way better than I had before and better price. I also find things in general from this store are good quality.

The folks at Best Buy are great. They're helpful, knowledgeable, and have ensured that I got a great deal. There were even times that I was about to buy an item and they have me a heads up that a competitor had a lower price, and just matched it for me! I didn't even have to ask!

One of my go to spots for games and electronics! Mostly shop using their online store and sometimes do delivery to the home or in-store pickup. Haven't had any issues over the years. As for in-store customer service, I haven't had a bad experience. Cashier's are always great.

What a lovely experience! Went in recently to purchase a Microsoft surface pro 7 for school. Jeremy from geek squad was very helpful. He explained to me which model would suit me best, helped me pick out some discounted accessories, and helped me pick out the geek squad protection I needed to cover me for the 3 years of my degree. All the staff were extremely helpful and respectful during these weird COVID-19 times.

When I left, I realized he forgot to give me the Education discount so I returned the next day and was helped by Mitch, who was also very friendly and took care of it for me. He even congratulated me on getting into school! Every one was awesome and this store is a delight to shop at.

Also, they were practicing good social distancing and sanitation, which made me feel very comfortable. Thanks!

They knew their product, gave good advice when asked, set up times we arranged and completed as promised. We were never pressured to buy something we didn't want Ivan was our sales person. Timothy and Jeremy set our TV up and Mike did the calibrations. Very helpful and polite young men. Have always had good service from Best Buy in Windsor On. Thank you
